Why Raask chose Strom was not apparent even in his first few years as king, but eventually dissenters who challenged him learned the hard way of his cunning and power. Strom leads the tribe quietly and impassively, allowing many differing points of view and traditions to exist at once, and his true morals are mostly unknown beyond the hard and true fact that he will not allow any harm to come to the subjects of his kingdom, or else.
