Life with the Starbringer's Pride has always been easy. Prey is plentiful, cubs thrive, and their strong and benevolent ruler rules with a gentle paw. Their life has always been thus, though a few suspect that there's a darker motive to the life of their queen.
Kipekee, the Pride's Starmother, is still a young queen. Her sparkling coat is broken up by massive swathes of white, the color of a piebald mutation that had always placed her one step ahead of her sister. Born into a two-cub litter, Kipekee was the only sister to inherit the bright sidereal coat looked up to within their pride. Her sister, Anan'ya, was a defective golden color, though still bright and sparkling. Both cubs had been born with defective coats, but Kipekee's was the one most looked up to. Her harlequin piebaldism was seen as a sign of purity and grace, whilst her sister's dark somatic patches were seen as a sign of evil.
Her entire life, Kipekee was the silver child. She was the best, the brightest, and the most beautiful. Everywhere she walked, she was marveled upon by her pride, and her parents used this to their advantage, bringing the young cub to speeches and meetings to sway the minds of their opposition.
When Kipekee and Anan'ya came of age, things went terribly wrong. Anan'ya was banished from the pride for the murder of a young adolescent lioness. She was found wandering the savannah, covered in blood, scarred up with wounds they assumed came from the young lioness' claws. Though she claimed innocence, she was driven from their ranks under suspicion for murder in the first degree.
Kipekee did not expect to see Anan'ya again, though she was heartbroken over the loss of her sister. When a mysterious and deadly group arose on the outskirts of the Starbringer's land, centered in a region called the Outlands, Kipekee's heart was broken once again by the vicious and cruel beast her sister had become.
Forever more, the two prides became locked in a constant war for justice. The Outlanders consisted of the ruthless and the bold, the Starbringers the bright and the brilliant. Forever at odds, the two sisters could never seem farther apart.
One coat marred by white, one coat marred by ebony
Two hearts lost at sea
My name is Razz, though I can use many different names if you care to come up with something more entertaining to use.
My Lioden Anniversary is August 11th, and I have been playing since 2013. Almost 5 years on this hellsite, my lord! Speaking of that, I have a foul mouth at time and am prone to swearing. If you’re not chill with it, just ask me to censor up a little and I’ll do my best!
I am a young adult female, living in California. I use she/her pronouns, and consider myself to be demi/pansexual.
I have recently been diagnosed with POTS, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. This illness prevents me from attending my classes regularly or working, leaving me enrolled in an online program. I am working slowly but steadily towards an English degree and a Biotech major, which I hope to follow up with a PhD in Veterinary Sciences. Animals have always fascinated me, and ever since I saw my first surgery I've been in love with the idea of becoming a Vet.
My illness leaves me unable to regularly function, so online is really my only social life. I’m on… almost all the time.
My hobbies include writing, reading, and drawing. I also love to whitewater raft! I’m in the process of writing a novel called “Skewed”, and am constantly playing around with my art.
I'm the owner of a young female cat named Lilah, a precious little demon whom I rescued from the streets with a litter of kittens. She carried a second litter to term before she was spayed, leaving her with a total of 12 kittens over a 6 month span. Now only 2 years old, Lilah is living a happy life as an indoor-outdoor cat, though she much prefers being inside. She's plumped up, moving from a 7 pound skinny stray to a well acclimated 11 pound housecat. I also assist my family in their care of chickens, more cats, a Bearded Dragon, and a Russian Tortoise. Though I do not see them as much as I want to, I love these animals to death as well.
If you ever need a pick me up, feel free to PM me for some animal pictures... I have a few that just might make you smile.
I have MANY characters, and I feel as though you can learn a lot about a person from the characters they use. If you care to take a look over in the art section, maybe you’ll learn a little more about me!
- Bye for now -
A young Luxxen, a closed species designed by Reever #43576, from medieval times. Plagued by visions and hallucinations, she isn't much use as a worker, and instead is devoted and dedicated to a half blinded friend who supports them both.
A young, lost warrior born into a world of hate and war. Tyrannical leaders hold her clan in an endless battle against an unseen and nonexistent enemy. The daughter of a Turnclaw, or a traitor to the clan, she lives her life with eternal hate and fury directed at her, simply because of who she was born to.
A mythical beast, a god. Most of the time, she lives as a non-corporeal spirit being, the embodiment of protection and care. She's a guardian angel of sorts, taking physical form from time to time to guide the lost and those who need her most.
Born into medieval times, she was the bastard daughter of the king. She never knew her heritage, until the day that her father's wife sent henchmen to brutally mutilate her to the point she could never rise to the throne. One eye completely lost, she spent a long time unable to function, until her childhood friend began to help her. She learned to defend herself, and kill those who she did not wish to survive. She is now a hired assassin, wearing her blindfold during the day to prevent questions.
A young Sunda Clouded Leopard, he was born and raised in captivity. After accidentally imprinting on one of the zoo workers, he was taken under her protection and has since then lived and worked with her in an outreach program.
Born into a world of hate and war, she was witness to its downfall. Assigned to be mentored by her cousin and closest friend, a Turnclaw's kin, she lived a rather confusing life. She loved and trusted her cousin like a mother, and a few moons before receiving her name, she was witness to her brutal murder. Later leading the revolution that would save her clan from it's tyrannical leaders, she received an identical scar across her throat to the one that killed her cousin. She was driven half mad by both this, the death of her son, and the death of her cousin, and lived out her life in and out of reality.
Originally a street dog, she was found and rescued in terrible shape. The great dane/husky mix was starving upon her rescue, but was quickly brought up to health. She's an extremely intelligent dog, always learning and causing trouble. She's devoted to her two owners, and would never leave their side willingly.
You can attack another lion for one of three reasons - skill, experience and territory. If you are successful with a skill attack, you will gain some experience and a small increase in skill. If you are successful with a territory attack, you will receive some experience and your territory will expand by 1 space. If you are successful with an experience attack, you will receive a big bonus to regular experience gains from a fight.
A lion can only be attacked for territory once per day, and can only be attacked once every 2 hours.
You cannot attack a lion who is more than 2 levels below yourself. The defending lion will receive a defensive buff, so keep this in mind before attacking.
