I've been playing Lioden since August 2019, so it's nice to see how far I've come since then. I'm always open to making new friends or receiving help or tips in general.
In terms of genetics, I breed everywhere usually, but rarely in the Black genetics.
There are lions, both lionesses and submales alike, with biographies detailing their lives and time here in the pride. See if you can find them!
My wishlist is up to date with many items that can be found in event shops, Monkey Business, or the Enclave!
The Nursery Tree is always stocked with cubs, adolescents, or lionesses that are looking for homes. Read the information on the page for more details.

Reign of King Murrkui
Hailing from the Romanii Plains, Murrkui and Ember left their pride there to establish their own in a region farther away: the Banboro Steppe. After nearly a year of traveling, the two found an odd sight: a river surrounded by green vegetation and trees, untouched by the outside world despite the Great Drought plaguing many regions. The pride starts here: The Pride of Sokrull River.
The river was not too far from a large plateau that sloped downwards at one side, similar to a hill. From the river, the plateau, now dubbed Berkwe's Jump
, had a path that was separated only by large boulders, rocks, and other debris that littered the ground from the surrounding trees. Astonishingly enough, Berkwe's Jump
already had a rather large cave formed into the side facing the river. This cave with nicknamed by Ember as the Family Time Cave
, a name that stuck through time. It seemed as though some pride lived here before, forgotten and abandoned by time and nature herself.
It took no time for the pride to grow. Ember and Murrkui forged bonds with neighboring prides, as far as they were, and soon enough the pride saw in increase in lionesses. The pair even had their own litters, some adopted, and soon enough the pride constructed a new den, the Blesura Tunnel
The first exile of the pride occurred a year later when a lioness named Loranti returned to the pride pregnant. She refused to speak of the father until she gave birth to a litter of four, revealing that the father was one of the maneaters drawn in by the blood of humans. She was exiled, but her cubs remained. These cubs were Paimon, Calypso, Absinthe, and Alfasatti.
Three of these cubs would later grow to lead the Maneater Rebellion
, an attempt to usurp King Murrkui and Queen Ember and take control of the Sokrull River. The battle was devastating, resulting in the deaths of many lionesses and the disappearance of many others. Ratiku, the firstborn son of Murrkui, was badly maimed and was forced to retire after the battle, preventing him from leading the pride after Murrkui. Absinthe was the sole survivor of the litter.
King Murrkui and his pride worked in relative peace afterwards, minus the occasional swarms of locusts and demonic beings. They even constructed new dens called the Murr Holes
in an effort to grow their pride and recover from the rebellion.
There was only one problem:
Murrkui did not have an heir. The king was now growing old, but despite this, he would always put off the idea, feeling terrible after the incident with his son. Ember talked sense into her mate, however, suggesting that he visit their home region one last time.
Murrkui agreed, albeit reluctantly. He left for his home region, only to return a month later with a cub named Vlinoric. When inquired about what happened, Murrkui refused
to speak of it.
The king and queen worked to tutor Vlinoric, who had only been alive for 5 months at that point, teaching him what it meant to survive, live, and be a king and a lion in a pride. Once Vlinoric was alive for 1 year and 1 month, he became King of the Sokrull River Pride. Murrkui and Ember retired to Grandpaw and Grandmaw.
Reign of King Vlinoric
King Vlinoric felt rather... odd, being in charge. He followed Grandpaw Murrkui's guidance and continued to learn, even building and constructing the Nursery Tree and establishing the Garden and Root ranks under the guidance and supervision of Grandmaw Ember. Murrkui and Ember passed away shortly after, during a time of great hunger. Gully the Garden and Romarta the Root became the first lionesses to fill those ranks.
After the death of the two, worry sparked and traveled across the pride like a fire. The lionesses feared for their future, and the future of their cubs, believing that King Vlinoric was not capable of protecting them all. A submale named Burntiklo decided to use this to his advantage. He was confident that Murrkui would've chose him as an heir, as he was the only capable male and his mother was close friends with Murrkui. A few months later, Burntiklo challenged Vlinoric to a duel. The winner got to rule the pride.
King Vlinoric was fearful, but so were some of the submales and other lionesses. They feared Burntiklo and his heartlessness. Under the cover of night, the group would teach Vlinoric, in secret, how to properly battle and spar, as well as how to end the battle.
Soon, it was time. The battle commenced. It was a tough battle, but Vlinoric in his fit of rage ultimately ripped out of the throat of his opponent. Burntiklo's body was disposed of with no ceremony.
Time passed and lionesses came and went. Poachers began making their home months into his reign. Vlinoric, filled with an intense hatred for all humans, slaughtered many. By this point, it was obvious that Vlinoric was not as forgiving as Murrkui. During this time, Vlinoric's daughter, Demakezi, was born. The two have a wonderful relationship, and it was her birth that inspired Vlinoric to do some good. He ordered and helpedwith the construction of the Sunrock Clearing
. By this point, Vlinoric had been alive for a few years, but the King had the physical anatomy of an adolescent male that just reached 1 year of age.
A lioness known to be a cousin of Wenet arrived to the pride, hailing from the Romanii Plains. A few days before, the pride witnessed a sad birth: a litter containing twins, one of who was blind. King Vlinoric was forced to make the decision to end or spare the blind cubs life, but the kind hearts of his childhood friend, Sumist, and his daughter and her friends taught him a valuable lesson. King Vlinoric formed a special softspot for the twins as they grew up.
