-My Pride Rules-
-A kings heir must be born to him and his QUEEN wife (lawfully) though bastards can be legalized and cousins may sometimes rebel and claim the throne;
-A king must have his crown, a crown he will be buried with a crown that he will earn

(Not good at lore so this might sound like bullshit lol)
The pride is located within the the folds and bends of the great Python Ridge Canyon
The Pride started with a man raised Male named Kitty, and his few captive raised Queens. The king showed of charm and greatness soon the pride grew bigger with rogue lionesses joining .
The Pride was quiet successful, with the pride finding shelter in the mysterious caves of the canyons. Though captive raised the lionesses quickly picked up skills from their wild born counterparts.
For a long while the pride lands would flourish, Kitty was a great king, defending his lands from side males and easily charming lionesses. The caves offered shelter when it stormed, the rivers that ran through the canyon maze offered fresh water, the grass fields within the rocky walls offered prey-life was good. Kitty soon had an heir to take over his success, a young lion who though a bit more aggressive from his wild upbringing, promised greatness.

Unfortunately for all, the king's bastard grandson decided that he would be a greater heir, he didn’t challenge the king but simply slit the young prince’s throat and then killed his own grandfather at the funeral. For his crimes the great spirits cursed him, they broke his voice like glass his roars are echoes of broke shards, he shall forever have his curse follow him and his soul and heart are made of flame and ice, this curse may die with him or it may follow his heir.

Currently the king has crowned his bastard daughter his heir, for his queen only births bastards of her own. His daughter may be young but her father already found her a suitable husband. Perhaps the curse has found a new target now . . .

The reign of Theluji brought new hope into the pride. Hi though a foreign was still a kind and fair lion. But alas trouble was on the horizon, the kings betrothed seemed to take her fathers death badly. The lioness became quiet and rather easily spooked. her eyes seemed to shine ice cold at times, her voice sounded broken and distorted and she was caught talking to herself multiple times.
Theluji was recommended by many to start planning for a heir as it seemed that the kings daughter might not last long, and without a heir he had no claim on he pride - many of Jua's bastards may believe themselves more eligible . . .
would he succeed to keep his crown?

With his mothers death, came the loss of her protection.
Theluji received many more challenges for the throne, finally loosing one out of honor and inability to fight dirty.

[REIGN OF MEOWTH]
Passing through the lands- the demigod was insulted by the future heir- the pale adolescent claimed magic through his grandmothers genes would prove him victorious in any fight. It didn't.
Upon finding his son torn to shreds by the new-comer Theluji was furious, but the demi-god repeated the princess challenge to his father, and even though the pale king could match in strength and size he couldn't match in cunning- being tripped and blinded by dust he surrendered the pride to the golden victor, who let him scramble away as a loner.

Meowth soon split the pride with his 'bestfreind' and 'roomate' Khajiit, who took half the pride OUT of the Python Ridge Canyon and into the nearby Shadow Jungles- residing in trees and caves Khajiit formed his own pride though kept on friendly terms with his 'bestie'
