It has been added yay!

Uterus Didelphys is when a female is born with two uterus instead of one, causing a higher chance of pregnancy, however the cost is that it can cause painful cramps and even painful intercourse which can be turned to not being able to hunt and every breeding causes her mood to drop 5-10%. Due to the nature of this mutation /disease miscarriages are more likely to occur than normal.

Positives:
+Higher Chance at Successful breedings
+Possibly having the ability to have 2-5 (Due to the second uterus)*
+Very Slight chance of mutation increasing(Though the chance for lethality can be higher with a lean towards conjoined twins)
+Nonlethal (However is the chance to have more than 4 cubs occurs the lethality can be possible due to a lioness not being built to handle birthing 5 cubs, or the fifth cub has a high chance of lethal mutation.)
Negatives:
-Unable to Hunt due to Pain enchanced by intense movement
-Mood drops during a breeding session
-Possible lethality if more than 4 cubs occur
Nuetral:
Slight chance of a natural miscarriage.
Slight increase in mutation with a lean towards lethality.
Rarity: 1 in 550 lions can have this disease for the reasoning stated below

Passable?: Yes with an increase of 1 in every 276 lions.

Visibility: If Visible, I believe it would show as an adolescent or just after the age of 2 as a visible bulge just around the loins, almost like she was entering her second trimester of pregnancy.

More info about disease:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uterus_didelphys

Picture: Okay this is a rough sketch I just made detailing the 'bulge' vs a normal lioness stomach.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwYtcn9WZUZ8SS1fRWtDSVM0RFU/view

Edit: Also the visible sign of it could be that the lioness in question has a larger waist or a more rounded belly.

Edit 10/20/2016: Just a brainstorm thought, instead of showing post adulthood what if while pregnant, the lioness is roughly a half size larger than normal, I will draw out the idea tomorrow and hopefully post.

This seems like a cool idea, though, in my PERSONAL opinion that mood drop might be a little steep...

It's steep in order to make that chance at mutation a little more level.

Very nicely put together! I support. :3

How rare would this mutation be?

I have a Question for you to consider;

Would this Mutation be passable VIa Lion Scrotum? Or would it pass Naturally like OG Fur and Leopon can?

I will put the answers in the above information box.

Rarity and pass-ability are both linked due to this mutation being apart of the reproductive system. In first generation females it is a chance of 1 in 2000 lioness making it somewhat rare but heard of, while generations that have had a lioness in the previous generation with this mutation have a slightly higher chance/risk of obtaining it so that the chance for the mutation would jump to 1 in 1000 lioness, not a big jump but if I were to make it any lower it could become much too common.

These numbers are taken by the rarity of this mutation in human women whose chance is 1 in 3000. I raised the chance due to the fact that these are still technically wild lions in a stressful environment and that they usually have multiple births, causing the chance of mutation to increase compared to human women yet again.

Oh! Another question! Would this mutation be visible at birth?

I, myself, am assuming not? Since the reproductive system isn't fully developed at birth?

Yay one no support but I would like to ask why so I can understand. Because honestly getting something approved is nothing unless you get a little bit of criticism, ne?

The research & thought you put into this is astounding....I really like the idea. Plus the mutation showing up in adolescence or adulthood (depending on what they chose if it was added) would of course make sense, because I assume it wouldn't be even thought of in the wild as a baby. Then, like humans, suddenly you hit puberty, something different.
