They'll probably increase, although you can still get them for rolling over a lot of times in a row.

In my experience, it seems like the price is normally steady between 150-300SB per Lucky Foot.
They're a common explore drop in April, you can receive four Lucky Feet per month via rollover, and they are purchasable from The Peddler in August, so they're not really rare items!
