I dont have pictures and where I live its not allowed to put pictures on these type of things. I have no clue what it is, its kind of tropical looking and is dark green with pale green in the center of the leaf

hey i could use some help! i've got a tiger's jaws plant that stubbornly remains shriveled up and tiny no matter how much i water it. it's not dead, but even plain just soaking the root ball doesnt flesh it out. the root ball won't grow either, and it's been planted for two years now. i can pick it up right out of its pot like nothing. i'm sort of at a loss.

what’s its placement, does it get indirect or direct sunlight? What is the soil mixture you’re using? Do you maybe have a picture of how the plant is looking?

Heyo,
I have a question, more than an issue. But still, thought it best to ask since my friends have been nagging me about it for a while now. At christmas, I got a Cactus that has a santa has on it (I'll try include a picture below) and everyone is telling me that the hat will kill the cactus. Now, its still alive and kicking (not growing but thats fine with me, easier to transport if it remains small), but will having this items on it affect the cactus in anyway?
-It has access to sunlight through the window and is watered every month or so at the moment (due to change to every other week as summer comes more into the UK)
Thankies <3

Sorry if this is really stupid, but my friends have put doubt in my mind and I dont wanna lose the cactus since it was a christmas present.

Huh how is that attached? Tbh cacti are pretty chill as long as they got some nice full sun on em and not too much water, so if the hat doesn’t cover the cactus and it’s getting sun it should be fine :3 it does look cute

Everything is glued onto the spikes, so the hat is sat really precariously on the top. But whenever the sun shines through my window (which isnt often because A) UK doesnt do sun and B) my window faces away from the sun most of the day) my cacti have full access to it because my blind is open. Thanks for putting my mind at ease x
And thank you <3 It has settled in well to it's new life with its fellow cacti (I'm kinda addicted to the spiky things).

hey!! i have a succulent (not sure exactly what the species is as i got it from a friend and they didn't know, googling hasn't turned up any results ;o; ) that seems to just want to keep growing upwards? Looks kind of like this!

it's now really tall and has started to bend, it has leaves but they're not very big and are kind of sparse along the stem! i'm worried it'll end up snapping so i've attempted to straighten it out by putting a stick next to it in the soil so it's supported by it, but it just seems to want to keep growing upwards and not outwards and i think eventually it'll get too tall for it's own good "^^

first time i've owned a succulent so i'm not sure what i'm doing really! any advice would be great ;o; <3

oh that one i know! kookaburra, your plant is etiolated, it needs more sunlight. echeverias need TONS of sunlight to not flip their shit.

also my tiger's jaws is in full sunlight, with a standard potting mixture. i dont have any pictures handy unfortunately.
