The reason I'm here is ... pretty messed up, actually; if you're curious, go look at my lioness Div and read the whole awful debacle. What I can say here, though, is: my friendship with my favorite rp partner/best friend broke up around Christmas. We'd been writing together for 3 years, and she knew and was ok with my quirk of starting projects, losing interest in projects over the course of a few months in favor of a different project, then eventually cycling back around (so, y'know, you're forewarned: when presented with shinies and blood and tragedy*, I have the attention span of a lovable but not-yet-housebroken goldendoodle).

She was also willing to rp pretty much ... ANYTHING I suggested (fandom-wise)?? so I'm missing her keenly. I noticed someone else on this board advertising for 'potentially long-term rp partners' and I thought, "Yes, I want that!"

Funny thing is, while I do love the show, I'd never considered it really rp-able. But now, years and years later, I'm currently bingeing the whole thing with my mom, who's never seen it and it is truly a joy to experience SPN with her, BUT NOW I JUST WANT RP HNNNNG.

• POKEMON—was my first love. I ADORE realistic pokemon rps, wherein the predatory pokemon actually ... eat the prey pokemon, you can't command your Snorlax to use Body Slam on a Caterpie you wanted to catch, etc.

• Lucifer—What can I say? I love a snarky redeemed villain/antihero and oh LORD Amenadiel's character arc is NOT TO MISS EITHER.

• Gravity Falls—THAT DGAU UP THERE THAT I LINKED. GO READ IT. Alternatively I'd be up to rping almost any GF scenario too! :D

• I'm also pretty open to some original ideas/worlds, possibly patterned on existing fandoms—might include things like: a wounded soldier discovered by an enemy scout/soldier, lovely MxF slow-burn romance, in a world that totally doesn't look like Skyrim and absolutely does not have chocobos, those are, those are chocopecos, subtle difference don't feel bad you missed it; etc, etc. I'll probably add more as I think of it x3

I absolutely will not roleplay anything incestuous, pedophilic, non-consensual in any sense. THIS INCLUDES BESTIALITY.

Heavy petting (e.g. making out, caresses, etc) are fine, though not really my forte.

Slow-burn romances are LIFE. As is banter! I frickin' LOVE romance in my rps, but only if it makes sense within the story, chemistry between the two characters and suchlike.

I LOVE WEREWOLVES SO MUCH AAAAAA specifically, the ones that are just huge shaggy pony-sized wolves, who can shapechange any time they like (although that's usually tied to experience/self-control vs any lunar cycle nonsense) and again, with experience, can retain their human mind while Changed.

And I'd love to get to know you in an out-of-character sense!! I'd love to talk with you outside of the rp, discussing interests and thoughts and so forth!

Since I'm on sick leave from work, my hours online are usually going to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-5pm to 2-3am LD time. I type pretty long posts, 3-5 paragraphs at least (although I can try to scale down if my partner would prefer it xD), but I generally reply 4-5 times a day, if my partner's similarly active! :D

I prefer MxF but will also do MxM. I prefer to play male characters, so I'm hoping I can find someone out there who likes, uh ... *consults notes*

Cats, shapeshifters, tricksters, horrifying seraphim, horrible puns, doesn't mind gore and blood and occasional character death (don't worry, I prefer to kill my own characters! to make yours suffer!! ... though if you like to kill off yours too HIGH FIVE, WE'LL GET ALONG GREAT), maybe t'occasional swear ...
