What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When I have been exploring in any zone using my phone I sometimes get sent back to zone 1 (Temperate Savannah) after I click a prompt such as chasing a bunny or digging through the pile of elephant dung.

It is similar to the bug that sends you back to "Click explore to begin exploring."
