I'd have to agree with Bolt. I'd say he's worth 2-5gb. His age and lack of breed-only marks have a lot to do with his pricing. Most of his marks are custom (which don't carry a lot of value) or applicator (which vary in value). Although he has 1000+ stats, that only adds about 1-3gb in value. Ethereal is applicable as well, and it's not as desirable as some other applicable base apps.

I'd agree with you of a worth of 40gb. I think you'd make more by selling him separate from his decor. Most people looking for an heir already have their own design/theme they want to implement. Besides, someone might really like his looks, but not be able to afford the full price with the decor. You'll open yourself up to a wider customer base by selling off the decor and your heir separately.
