Don't get me started on timezones. I'm 15 hours ahead of LioDen time.

I don't think I've met anyone in the same timezone as me on LD yet. The majority of the players seem to be living in Europe/U.S.

South-East Asia, pretty much as far away as you can get from the United States lmao. To make things more complicated for myself, I also travel back to Europe to visit my family every summer, which is like a 7 hour time difference from where I currently live.

Yes. Lots of shootings and police brutality, the kkk is back full swing and endorsing our president, and a lot of laws are going around taking away constitutional rights, etc. it’s very sad to see

I've been trying to follow as best as I can. Some of the laws being passed are heartbreaking. We nearly had a similar scare in my home country a couple years ago. Coming up to the 2017 elections it looked like there was a real possibility that an extremely Islamophobic party was going to be voted into the Dutch cabinet. Fortunately, that never happened, but I remember the fear leading up to the elections and I can't imagine what it must be like for some people in the U.S. right now.

I'm going to move on now because I don't want to get all dark on a RP OOC chat, and idk what LioDen's rules are on discussing politics, but I do truly hope that things get better soon.

On a lighter note, that's super cool, Loey. You're literally the first person I've met on here that shares the same timezone with me. :) And speaking of timezones, it's like 5 minutes until midnight and I need to get up early tomorrow, so I'm off to bed. Good night/afternoon(?) everyone!
