So, I have this darling here: https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794127897537 She just entered her adolescence and conversations have lead me to realize she's not just a soul (I knew that since birth.) but also a clean cub. I don't want to sell her, but I was wondering instead how much her heats could go for and what reasonable heat rules I could set for her?  0 players like this post! Like? Just to say, you have the title base wrong. I would just say look at the stud rates of soul studs and price her heats somewhat similarly to the ones which are most similar. Reasonable heat rules would be something like you receive the all the money up front, including any excess money for the stud. You can either supply the nesting free of charge or require them to send in the materials. After the cubs are born, they need to say which of the cubs they want (if not all of them) and you transfer them as soon as they are old enough. If they do not respond before the cubs become 5 months, give 1 day of leeway but then all those cubs become yours. Another rule in good faith is that they receive all the cubs, no matter if one is a mutant or a soul cub. May hurt if that happens, but it shows you are trustworthy. 0 players like this post!
