SO I just want the hear some opinions on my art, I don't even mind any critiques. I can handle it. As time has passed, I feel as if the progress in my art has become pretty stagnant. Maybe that's just because I look at it every day. I've never really had any trouble sketching out animals, other than when I get a case of art-block every now and then. The biggest issue I've had and still do is coloring. This current piece that you're about to see is a coloring method that I have taken a liking to. It took a total of almost two hours.

I hope that one day in the near future I can become more confident and start getting commissions. Not only will that be beneficial for me but I'd feel as if I've reached a certain milestone.

If you've read all the way through, I appreciate it. Also, feel free to leave a photo of your pet down below. I'm always in search of pictures with different angles and perspectives. Maybe even a breed that I've never drawn before.

I'm no professional artist, but I would say that you're doing really well! I love the coloring method you're using because the ''lineless'' and painting look to it gives it a smooth look, I'd also say your anatomy is pretty much down, too. Later on when I'm more awake I'll drop a picture of my chubby lab

Thank you, hopefully I continue to improve upon this style and move past my own expectations. Also thank you for taking the time to leave a reply. ^_^

You are really good at what you do! The painting is beautiful, smooth, and there's nothing off about the colors or shading. Anatomy is also really close to that of a chihuahua.
I'm also technically not a professional, I don't think I'm good enough to qualify as one, but I have been practicing digital and traditional drawing for nearly 10 years. Just know you've got a thumbs-up from me, continue going and continue practicing, you've really got potential!

Thank you so much <3 I've always had some self-doubt, mostly because of the past me constantly looking at other styles and ending up jumbling them together when trying to do something on my own. I've forced myself to not look at how I can do art in their style but how I can use their method of composition in my own pieces. By not constantly comparing my art to others, I can focus on creating something from the mind instead of from memory if that makes any sense.
