Community Update: LINK - This is our Official Lioden Raffle. Everyone gets a chance to win a rare prize, plus something extra for any runner ups. Code of Conduct AdjustmentsWe have added in two new points to our Code of Conduct today underneath the Community Interaction area: 1.26 b) Some transactions may have unenforceable terms and will not be protected under this rule. * * Added within "1.26 Do not scam players." 1.28 Do not try to control what other people do, or how other people play the game. From this point on, anyone that is conducting sales which aim to control how other players use the assets you have sold them will have one week from today to remove these terms from their threads or trades. If any threads or trades remain after August 2nd, our staff team will then handle them accordingly. The Code of Conduct now also no longer lists two instances of "2.1" underneath the Accounts & Trading area.
Input Needed Regarding Possible New Official Systems: Art Sales and Reverse BreedingsWe are aware that Lioden has a very strong art-based market. We have also noticed how popular reverse breedings have been on Lioden, and it seems they're only gaining further traction as time goes on. In order to protect players as well as to make these types of transactions go more smoothly, we are considering adding in official systems for art sales and reverse breedings. This is where you guys come in. We'd love to hear your input on how we can put these systems in place, your suggestions for how they can work, as well as anything else you might have to say about them! Official Thread for Reverse Breeding System - please post there with your ideas, input, and opinions on an official reverse breeding system. Please be aware that these are both major updates. If the general feedback is positive and our coders can figure out a system that works well, they will take some time to implement. These threads do not mean that they will be implemented; if we cannot come to a conclusion or the majority of the feedback seems to be against these systems, they may not be implemented at all.

I really like the minimum stud fees as they are now. It is one of the ways I try and make SB here - anticipating what the upcoming stud requests are going to be and changing one of my kings to that base. I would hate to see that source of income go away if folks start being able to set to zero. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Just to make sure I understand, if I do free giveaways and say you can't resell won lioness, that is not enforceable now, correct? If so I understand, just making sure! Sure. My Leonid deal for example. It offers discounted Leonids conditionally. The condition is that a player puts a certain amount of currency/items down in order to king the Leonid and that their first leonid be mine. Afterwards, they can do whatever with the king-- turn it green for all I care. This rule makes it seem like such an agreement between two players would not be protected under anti-scamming rules. Admin Response: You would be correct that it is not protected under our rules. In this specific scenario, even if both parties agree upon this, we cannot force the buyer to king the lion if they do not want to do so. Once a lion is sold or given away, the previous owner cannot force the new owner to do anything with that lion. 0 players like this post! Like? |

what is reverse breeding? i'm still learning the ropes and all these terms after playing here 3 months still. there's SO much to learn! it can get very discouraging. Admin Response: "Reverse breeding" is when a player sells their lioness's heat (or gives it away) to another player, who then pays the owner of the lioness to breed to her. They may get all cubs or just a fraction of the litter. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Another, might be asked/answered by the time I type this out so forgive me, but how does this rule fit into buying heats? For instance, I buy raffle girl's heats frequently, would the cubs born, that I have paid a fee for the reverse stud, stud fee, items, ECT, just belong to the raffle girl owner? In simpler terms, is reverse studding/buying heats still protected and feasible? Edit: words  Response Edit: Wonderful! Oh no worries then! Thank you for taking time for me! Admin Response: If there is a specific written agreement in place that both the buyer and seller agree to, we can enforce it. If a seller offers a heat and says that the buyer will get all cubs that she produces and they refuse to honour this, the buyer can report it and we can look into it. 0 players like this post!
