I had a similar issue, and it was kind of a paypal issue, but really my bank's issue. Some banks sort of auto-block paypal unless you go in and ask them not to(be it through some kind of banking app or going in person/calling). It may be worth looking into to see if that's your issue. It's a security measure some bank companies put in place.

I haven't yet, I literally just encountered the issue. I've never purchased GB before. And given it's almost 11PM, I doubt Paypal has any representatives online right now.

They're an international company so I'm sure they do 24/7. I've purchased GB quite a few times in the past and not had an issue :o Is it with a gift card by chance? I've heard others having issue with those.

First time I bought GB I had to call the number on my debit card and let them know I was trying to use it on Lioden. Mine had a block put in place where it would automatically stop online overseas sales unless I said otherwise. Since then, I've been able to buy no problem

Where's Lioden's hosting region? I'm in the states and I've made overseas purchases with this account before in the past. I've even made big purchases before and I've never had a problem. I can't call the bank right now because it's 1 in the morning.

Yeah this is something you'd want to ask your bank about in the morning. Sometimes their system just automatically snags stuff for whatever reason, even if you've had no issues with it in the past, and a call will usually sort it out.
