As the title implies- I would like to suggest the ability to access PMs and the forums without having to rollover. Sometimes I want to check my PMs or the forums in regards to art commissions or w/e, but don't have the time to sit there and look after my lions and actually /play/ for the day. I should not have to roll over my account just to PM someone or use the forums, which do not actually affect the rest of the game at all. Letting people access forums and inbox would in no way give people a gameplay advantage, so I honestly don't see why it's not a thing. |

Hard Agree; some days I miss out on a day of my lion's life JUST to check messages, which could be from anyone about anything- while I'm waiting on commissions! Then on some days, I miss out on studding requests because I'm trying to conserve lifespan. It's a mess.  0 players like this post! Like? |

As someone who's going on a hiatus soon - I want to be able to keep tabs on the forums and my DMs because I'm trying to open up "emergency" comms without forcing myself to Rollover. Recently Lioden has taken a lot of my time and I can't dedicate that time to LD anymore. It would be nice if the site didn't feel like it was punishing me for trying to interact with the community and keep up with things despite not rolling for the day. Maybe they're worried about specific cases, such as game-inactive folk making suggestions that pertain to in-game - or trying to make sale posts for their account that hasn't rolled over. A simple solution to that is: Lock SOME Forums behind Rollover, but allow others to be accessible to those that haven't. EX: - RO Required - - Watering Hole - Game Development - Stockpile - Share the Love - Bug Board - Open Access - - News - Free-For-All - Tree Carvings - Role Playing - Game Help - Grown Up Lions Could also split "Last Active" into "Last Active" and "Last Rolled" 1 player likes this post!
