Hyperkalemia- Hypokalemia is when blood's potassium levels are too low. Potassium is an important electrolyte for nerve and muscle cell functioning, especially for muscle cells in the heart. Your kidneys control your body's potassium levels, allowing for excess potassium to leave the body through urine or sweat.

TLDR; Weak, softer muscles- the head would be drooped down and the lion would be sickly and have a low mood, and have trouble eating- or having trouble keeping food down.

Questions & Answers-

''Why would they have low mood/trouble eating?'' I would believe that since their bones are not as strong, they wouldn't be able to break down tissue and meat like normal. Also, with this stance, they wouldn't be able to swallow food as easily because of the tilted head.

''Would they be able to hunt?'' Surely not. With a drooping head, the hunting lion would not be able to hold their head up to watch their prey- or where it's running. Since they can't tilt their head up to see straight- this would be a big disadvantage. If they could go onto hunts, the lion would come back severely exhausted from low energy, and have caught nothing.

''So how do they get it?'' A possibility of this is low potassium, however, it's also possible from genetics! You could use a gmo cow/lion meat/crb, or if you're lucky, your lioness can just pop one out!

''Is it passable?'' With the help of a lion scrotum, this would have a chance at passing!

''Is it lethal?'' Most likely not. However, if this lion can't keep down their food- enough to sustain their hunger, they could probably starve.

Adolescent Stage; looking a little better, but ears flattened, ribs slightly showing.

Adult Stage; almost the same as normal, but their head would be resting on their paws instead of up.
