You heard rumors around that people with special abilities are getting kidnapped and tested on. You ignore it and mind your business. Then all you remember is getting darted by shadowy figures they drag you away to a lab. You wake up to find yourself in a gated area fit with a stream small lodges and others raging from human to non human people the place looks like it was abandoned years yet there are scientist working around the clock. “Well, it really depends. If I pump a little into the air, nobody will notice and most likely nobody will die. While if I pump a LOT into the air, someone will eventually die from tissue and respiratory damage before they’re able to get treatment.
