Together they created SunStar Pack, a fierce but just pack that ruled Monti for hundreds of years. They united all the smaller wolf packs together. Life in SunStar was considered the greatest a wolf could have. But exactly a hundred years ago, the current ruling Alphas were shot dead by a hunter. The power automatically went to the Betas, but a huntress known as Starlight objected against Sunlight (The Beta Female) from becoming Alpha and challenged her to a fight. Now, only the males can challenge each other in fights, so the pack was horrified at Starlight’s breaking of the ancient customs. But she managed to convince at least half of SunStar Pack that she should be Alpha. The other sided with Sunlight, and a vicious battle broke out between the two, breaking SunStar Pack into two different packs: Sunlight Pack and Starlight Pack. Even though Sunlight and Starlight are long dead by now, the two packs still fight, but not for the same reasons. Each’s objective is to gain control of all six mountains in Monti and either conquer or annihilate the rival pack. Starlight Pack currently has control over Stump, Sharp Point, and Jagged while Sunlight Pack rules Pulch, Magna, and Acri Quadratum. Both packs despise the other, and currently peace is out of question. Hakati/Male/Sun/Lead Warrior/Pack Camp Hakati grunted as he awoke. The large brown male blinked bits of sand and dirt from his eyes as her sat up and stretched, yawning. The sun was just rising in the sky, but that meant it was time for the pack to wake up. He was used to getting up early like this and going to sleep late. Training the warriors and keeping lookout for Starlight Pack invaders kept him busy all day, every day. No one would invade Sunlight Pack any time soon, he had promised himself. And he planned to keep that promise. Hakati padded out of his small den , slipping through the entrance. Faint sunlight blinded him for a moment, and he shut his eyes tight. He shook out his brown pelt and yawned once more. Kiona/Female/Sun/Beta/Pack Camp Kiona snored quietly from within the Beta den. She was the only current Beta, and was enjoying the ability to stretch out and not worry about kicking or pushing anyone else in her sleep. That night she had dreamed that Starlight Pack warriors had attacked the camp and raided their supplies. Kiona had been unable to fight, as if her paws were stuck in quicksand as the battle roared on. Kiona awoke with a start, letting out a small yelp as she kicked the back wall of the den. "Damn dreams." she mumbled, growling to herself. She stretched, peering out of her den to see if anyone else had awoken. She spotted Hakati and grumbled. 0 players like this post! PLOT NOTE: SUNLIGHT PACK AND STARLIGHT PACK HAVE HAD A BATTLE BETWEEN PULCH AND SHARP POINT TWO DAYS AGO. SUNLIGHT LEFT VICTORIOUS, KILLING A FEW STARLIGHT PACK MEMBERS AND DAMAGING THE PACK. A FEW SUNLIGHT WOLVES WERE LOST AS WELL, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS STARLIGHT. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Destiny | Alpha Female | Sunlight Pack |Mentions: Anyone The she-wolf paced outside of her den, constantly looking at the wolves passing her. She was always up bright and early, constantly checking on other Wolves. Even of they left the battle victorious, they lost some of their best wolves. She finally sat and began to groom herself, her tongue brushing through her black and white pelt. She constantly looked around before heading to the nursery to visit the mothers and the pup. Kiona/Female/Sun/Beta/Pack Camp KIona slid out of her den the rest of the way, shaking her blood-stained fur out. Dust and some mites had settled during her sleep. She grinned, remembering the battle two days before. Her pelt was still stained of the blood of Starlight wolves, and she had even gained a few new scars. Kiona wore her scars like trophies from all the battles she had survived. She thought they were beautiful in their own right, though she did sometimes scare the young pups because of how frightening they looked all over her fur. She spotted Destiny, the alpha female, get up and pad across to the nursery and she wagged her tail slightly, dipping her head in respect to her higher-up. Destiny | Alpha Female | Sunlight Pack | Mentions: Kiona Destiny's head immediately snapped up as she gave a soft smile. "Hello, Kiona. How are you? Are you okay? Do you need me to tend to some of your scars?" She was a compassionate and kind leader that tended to fuss over the wellbeing of her pack. She began to sniff the Beta female over, trying to see if there were any open wounds. Destiny had gotten a few wounds herself but she had already tended to them. Siatra/Female/Star/Healer/Pack Camp Siatra had awoken early to get to sorting herbs and to try out some new plants she had found the day before. She had been very, very busy healing wolves that had been injured in the battle two days before. And she was the only healer, still. Siatra sighed. She hoped some new pups would be born and she would be apprenticed one. And as if being the only healer wasn't enough, her mentor had died recently and she hadn't been trained enough in everything. Siatra flattened her ears and whimpered at her thoughts. What if she messed something up? Maybe she gave an injured wolf the wrong herb mixture?? The young wolf shook her head. She was getting off track again! She was supposed to be sorting herbs! SIatra looked down at the many leaves and flowers laying at her paws and sighed. She would do that later. For now, she should go check on the wolves who had been injured two days before and see how they were healing. But I already licked it clean and everything." The beta sighed. "We really do need to get a healer soon, you can tell the pack is suffering without one." She flicked an ear backward in thought. "We do have that one pup. Larvia, I think their name is? Has she said anything about wanting to become a healer? Then again, we have no wolf to mentor them..." Rowan Bloodmoon|Female|Rouge|No clan|Blood of both clans Rowan stalked through the battlefield. The battle was only a couple days ago and the bodies were stiffening every passing moment. She couldn't recall whether this territory was the Sun's or the Star's but it didn't matter; everything was a potential enemy. The stench of blood was so strong, it burned Rowan's nostrils. She wanted to get to her favorite lake near Sharp Point but the quickest way there way throught the valley. She could have taken the long way, but she had decided that a three day travel wasn't worth her time. Siatra/Female/Star/Healer/Battlefield Siatra padded out of the pack camp with a large empty leaf after checking on the healing wolves, deciding it was a good idea to go gather more herbs for the injured. She padded with a skip to her step, happy to see the hurt wolves were healing well and their wounds weren't infected. She leapt over the small stream along her path, then headed east toward the battlefield. A good harvest of Buru plants grew that way along the edge of the pack territory. She hummed a little tune to herself as she walked, taking a good look around to enjoy the scenery and absorb the wonderful smells around her. She was just wading through the tall grass toward the Buru patch when she saw a form loping across the battlefield. Siatra pricked her ears, curious of what a wolf might be doing among the corpses. Was it a Sunlight wolf? She couldn't quite tell. But something about it got her fur up. So the small wolf set her leaf down and slinked toward the wolf. "H-hey!" she let out a bark, her voice warbling with uncertainty and fear. "This is S-Starlight Pack l-lands!" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mercy | Female | Alpha| Starlight| Camp There had been little sleep over the past two days, the loss was great. Many a good wolf had perished in the battle that had taken place. She herself had not left unscathed either. Alive but battered, at least that's what the old alpha would tell her if they were here. Her injuries were less of a concern to her, she was more so angry with herself for falling for such a ploy. A low growl of dissapointment would push through closed lips. Where was her mate when she needed him. Talon was usually the only wolf that could calm her once In such an aggitated state. (I'm sorry this is short because Im about to clock back in for work. Eclipse /female /Starlight /omega /outside of the camp Looking around the omega tucked her tail before going into the shadows, the pack had just been in battle a few days ago and she ended up losing a good friend. Grumbling she limped forward toward the blood-stained battleground, whimpering she broke into an awkward run toward one of the many bodies that lay still on the ground " I told you not to fight idiot " she growled in angry and grief before looking around and cleaning up the body. "I wish this would all just stop. When will we see that fighting is only going to end in death and destruction?" Her views on the war was obviously different than others. She taught us some remedies before she left us. Maybe I could be of use?" Kiona blinked.
