If they've expired I don't believe there's any way to retrieve them unfortunately, they are only saved for 30 days :(

If you've had them saved for over 30 days the codes have expired, unfortunately. You'd have to recreate the lions and resave the codes.

Yeah unfortunately there's no way to recover them after 30 days. I advise next time to jot them down in detail maybe in your Journal or a Google Doc next time you make a long term design.

If you're sure they had days left before expiry then it could be a bug - they are supposed to be reported to the bug board, rather than modbox, though. Modbox is only if it's exploitable or game-breaking, not just regular glitches etc :)

You can perhaps bugboard it. If it genuinely disappeared before 30 days, it would be a bug because it's not supposed to expire early.
I looked to see if someone had previously posted something about it, and nobody has so you'd be able to make one.

I have no way to recreate them, these are lions I would've nade back in October and I have been renewing them, yesterday they were there and today they werent
