So I joined yesterday and I'm confused on some things such as:

-What is reverse studding and selling heat
-How to get high stats (the breeding guides confuse me)
-Literally anything to do with breeding, studding, mutations, marking, genes and how to use the scrying thing
-How long irl does your king retire/die
-How much should food be sold for according to hunger % and no. uses of item
-What to do with those random Newly Claimed Lionesses from explore?
-How to raise cubs to get good stats
-Beetle battling basics?
-What is 'Grandpaw'
-So in territory I stumbled upon users with the site becoming different fonts and backgrounds on their page, what is this called and how do you do this?
-Most efficient way to earn currency (both SB and GB)
-How to get beetle piles from giving tree, it always pops up with cubs and adolescents

Heya! I'll try my best to answer your questions.

Reverse studding is offering stud services to your own lionesses - the other party pays for the next breeding, then once it's accepted by you, the stud fee goes to you, the lioness will give birth to the other party's stud's cubs, and the cubs will be automatically assigned to their own account. It's rather complicated, so I suggest reading more on the official news post! CLICK HERE

For high stats, your best bet would be to purchase a high statted lioness, then go to Crossroads --> Search and search for studs with very high stats -- the cubs will inherit some of their parents' stats! You can also get better stats by playing some mini-games, like Baoball, eating stat giving items (or amusement items) (http://liodenwiki.wikidot.com/stat-items-list)

For breeding, I suggest the following:

http://liodenwiki.wikidot.com/breeding - official wiki
https://www.lioden.com/faq.php?cat=2 - official FAQ

Your king dies automatically at the age of 16 years. You can retire him for free at 15 years, but you can retire your king for a GB fee if you want to do so earlier (on their page, on the bottom).

Sadly I cannot help with pricing, but I personally like to sell food to the Monkey Business. It's January, food is literally free due to the Food Pit this month, so you probably won't sell any for a while!

For NCLs, you can chase them, nature reserve for good karma, or kill for good karma. They are not too useful if you are not going to keep them, unless you want karma fodder.

For cubs' stats, I already covered that above!

http://liodenwiki.wikidot.com/grandpaws - grandpaws

The different profile layout is called CSS. You can read more about it on these boards (It's rather difficult to explain the basics, you will need to know how to code a CSS file).

As for the giving tree, people throw beetles at there very randomly! As soon as it arrives, you can claim it. People grab it fast, though!

Let me know if you want to know anything else! :)

Adding to the convo on pricing, I have an SB Hoarding guide here: https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429380110
Which goes over pricing a variety of things

For food specifically, most people price 1 use - 10sb
I personally wait until I have 100 uses of large carcasses and selling at 1000SB or 1GB for maximum payout
Elephant Calves, Zebras, Hartebeests which can be gotten by hunting in Marshlands with 1-2 lionesses (I only hunt one lioness and she brings back the same amount and size carcasses as a group)
