so every time i come across that maned lady this month i wish i could claim her. which got me to thinking, what if there was a new female mane mutation based on that encounter?

here's how it would work. extremely rarely, when you run into that encounter you can find an extra button that says "invite." you then see text that says something along the lines of "you invited her to your pride but she declined and instead offered to introduce you to one of her friends." you then either go to claim a randomly generated NCL or autoclaim one (this would only be able to show up if you have territory space available). this NCL would have a sort of boost applied to her where next time she is bred, there's a small chance she'll produce a cub with the mane mutation. this could also be a fun way to introduce a new mane shape as well.

another way for the encounter to work is you spend some time with her fooling around and YOU get the boost applied to your next breeding. can be studded out or kept to your den only, either works just fine.

this would be february event only and perhaps have a very small chance of passing via breeding. i'm not really sure what shape/lineart change it should have but maybe i'll do mockups later. feel free to add your own!
