So, you're experiencing a problem on Lioden. The Bug Board has a built-in Report a Bug? link that takes you to a place where you can fill out forms and submit your bug to be reviewed and hopefully fixed. Obviously, bugs are very frustrating things for everyone, and we'd like to ensure bugs get fixed in a timely and efficient manner. How can you help?

When reporting a bug, make sure to provide as many details as you possibly can. Sometimes, the bug you're experiencing may not be a problem for a large majority of the site. It could even be a bug affecting just you, out of the entire Lioden population. To help pinpoint problems, be sure to provide the following in your bug report.

What information do coders need?
* Your device's model and operating system
* What browser you use and what version your browser is on

Where can I find that information?
Figuring out your device's model and operating system isn't as easy as figuring out what browser and browser version you are on.

If your computer runs Windows or MacOS, you can figure out your model and operating system via this web page: "How to Tell Which Operating System You Have".

If you're on a mobile device, you can figure out your model and software version via this web page: "How do I find my device information?"

If you're having trouble figuring out what browser you use or what version it's updated to, try WhatIsMyBrowser.com. It works on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. It will tell you exactly what browser and what version of the browser you are on. In the screenshot below, the sections that are highlighted are what we need you to provide us with.

Here's a visual example of that information in action.
My device is a Lenovo Legion Y545.
My operating system is Windows 10 Home version 1909.
My browser is Brave, running Chrome version 80.0.3987.87.

Why is this information necessary?
It helps identify specific device and browser compatibility issues. You may be experiencing a bug, when another player on a completely different device or browser may not have that problem at all. You may be on an iOS device using the Safari browser, while the player that isn't experiencing any bug could be on an Android device using the Google Chrome browser. Giving as much information as possible is very helpful for coders so they can work to pin down the problem.
