In terms of manes, Diabolic, Hellraiser, and Incubus are popular because they are combo manes for the Mane Succubus mutation. Only downside is you can only get the mane applicators during October.
--- There is also Regal and Sideward manes that are combo manes for the Mane Noble mutation. These two can be applied via the Mane Changer app in Oasis. Since they're custom and easy to come by, the cubs might not be profitable.

In terms of eyes, I see people usually go for Bismuth or Amethyst since they pass many custom colors. But besides Mist, the only popular eyes are Heterochromia eyes and the other breed only eyes, so not many of the eye applicators will produce profitable cubs.

The problem with eyes is that they don't often add value to a lion unless they're breed only or special in some way. You can breed for cubs with Dioptase and Celestite eyes, but there is no guarantee that they'll even add value to a cub unless the cub itself is special. Applicators would be more profitable than the eyes would be on a cub. Your best bet would be to see which eyes are popular and try to breed, say, a special base with those eyes to try and sell it.

Eyes such as Dawn, Starshine, Draconid, and Sunglow would add more value to a cub since you can't apply them.

Looks like i have missed an event in the game ... whats the combo manes thing? and how do i get the Mane Succubus?

About the eyes ... I searched for all the eyes apps and i found that the most expensive one is the Struthio since most of the other eyes apps are found in the Gorilla Enclave also what about Dioptase and Celestite?

My point is all about passing this specs to the cubs to add more value in selling

I'd say Mane Succubus, since it's a bit newer and more popular. People pay top dollar for a Mane Succubus.

Mist, Bismuth, Dioptase, and Peacock are all eyes I constantly see on Kings.

Bismuth and Peacock will pass loads of custom eyes, which is why they are popular.
Dioptase and Celestite look nice and pass some cool customs, though not as many as Bismuth and Peacock.
Mist looks cool and can be found in the Flood Pit during Rainy Season, which puts it at a more limited supply. It passes some cool looking eyes, too!

Okay cool .. so about Mane Succubus it doesnt require one of the parents to have Mane Succubus to pass it .. only the two parents must have one of the required manes to have a chance of getting the Mane Succubus right?

Exactly! The parents must have a mane pairing of Hellraiser x Diabolic, Incubus x Diabolic, or Incubus x Hellraiser! Keep in mind that Mane Succubus/Noble/Shaggy are AMPS, which means that the Mane mutation will not show up until the cub reaches adulthood at 2 years old. Every female cub that are born from the pairing above must be checked at the Falcon's Eye at the Scrying Stone. This way you don't accidentally kill a cub with the mutation. :3

Once you get a lioness with Mane Succubus, breeding her is different. Since Mane Succubus lionesses cannot naturally pass their mutation, you'd need the help of a Lion Scrotom to get that chance of passing it onto a cub.

Hmm okay i got it .. thats such an awesome mutie ^^ and i like the idea of breeding requirements to get it a new fresh idea makes it more fun :)

It is a low chance! I believe a 25% chance, but I could be wrong/thinking of another item.

Not yet! But too be fair, I haven't had my king for long. I'd say a around 3 months, and I didn't breed him at all for nearly a month cos I was working on him/editing my pride.
