Plot: You are from a magical land, Theadia. You're working, and then you get a letter in the mail. Dear Y/N, Greetings, Y/N. I am sending this letter to you because I have seen your powers, and noticed you cannot control them well. I am inviting you to my school, Theadia's School For Magicals. Please, consider coming. You will have everything you need there, and have a dorm mate. Sincerely, Head Mistress Kiradoe. Of course, you accept. The school is beautiful. Colored orbs float in the air, lighting up the school in a beautiful rainbow. There are three floors. Your dorm is huge, more floating balls bumping against the ceiling. Rules: -Cursing is allowed, but please refrain from using it against an OC/player. -You may not kill off a character. If you'd like to get rid of YOUR OWN OC, let me know and I will delete them from the dorms list, and make up a situation where they had to leave school. -Please try and be active. If you know you won't be able to RP for a few days, let me know and I will make an exception. -PM me if you would like to be a teacher -Any drama is perfectly accepted, but if any fights start, please do not make it too gory. -You may only have ONE power. If you would like to create an OC with two, one must originate from birth, the other from either a curse or magical artifact. Please check with me before you do, though. (Two is the maximum) -Please refrain from talking OOC on the RP thread. Aaron had arrived at the school on foot. It actually wasn't all that far from his neighborhood, but the weight of his backpack stuffed with clothes and necessities made the short trip just a little bit harder. He sighed as he crossed the school's property, and looked up at the sky. He pushed some strands of loose hair away from his face. He didn't really have a lot of time to do his hair, so he tossed it in a messy bun for today. Once he settled in and got all his belongings in their new places, he would redo his pastel hair. He neared the stairs leading to the school's large doors, and put on a smile, in case anyone was there already. He stepped inside, and looked around. Oh. He may have been a little too early. Dammit, that meant he could've done his hair after all. Disappointed, Aaron walked to his dorm, taking in all the things around him. It was quite different from his old school, the one he moved from. He grabbed the handle and twisted it open, wondering if his roommate was already there. The dorm was empty, spare the few floating light orbs bumping against the ceiling with a quiet thud. That might bother him at night. He chose one of the two beds, and silently put his backpack on the bed. He chose to simply wait for his roommate by sitting on the bed and attempting to fix his hair. 0 players like this post! Like? |

~ James ~ James had taken a train to a nearby station to the school, and opted to just walk the rest of the short distance. He could practically see the top of the main building as he took his bags and made his way towards Theadia. He was thankful that he had decided to pack relatively light, as that had made the walk so much easier on him. A backpack slung over one shoulder and he clutching a second bag in his hand, he approached the school. With his free hand, he swung the door open and stepped inside, ignoring the sound of it closing behind him. James took a moment to stand in the hall, adjust to his surroundings. In the hall, brightly glowing orbs floated freely. He dropped his bags and tried to grab one, curious of what would happen. But as he jumped up to catch one, it had disappeared into a mess of brightly glowing smoke as soon as it grazed his hand. The smoke floated higher, and reformed an orb. ’Neat!’ He picked his bags back up, deciding to head to the dorm. James practically jumped up the stairs, a habit he had. When he stepped into the threshold, he was surprised to see another student in the dorm. « Oh, hi there. » He said, running a hand through his short, slightly messy hair. Aaron tightened his bun, and looked up at James. Oh my god, he was hot. He flashed a pearly smile at his roommate, and greeted him. "Hey, man! Yeah, we're roommates. I'm Aaron, but most people call me Fae. It's nice to meet you." He scanned over the short boy, smiling slightly. Oh my f*cking god, he had thighs. This was gonna be awesome. ~ James ~ James smiled and went to work unpacking his bags. « Nice to meet you, Fae. That’s a cool nickname you got there. » He caught Aaron scanning him out of the corner of his eye and smiled. As there wasn’t much to unpack, he finished rather quickly. James sat on his bed, quickly scanning over the other boy. « I like your hair,» he said. « It looks really cool. » James subconsciously adjusted his shirt, which wasn’t buttoned all the way up. 0 players like this post! Aaron smiled at the compliment, and said, "Thanks, I dyed it myself." He remembered the most obvious thing to ask. "Oh, hey, what's your power?" he questioned, and added, "I can grow plants." He looked around the room and saw a small houseplant on a nightstand. He gently poked the dirt, and thick, shiny leaves immediately sprang up from the pot. "Ah, shit," he muttered under his breath, poking the plant again. The leaves shrank, turning the plant back to normal. Aaron grinned happily at James, proud of showing off. 0 players like this post! I’ve always wanted cool hair. » He watched as some thick leaves erupted from the soil in the pot, only to sink in the exact same manner. « That’s so cool! I’ve got invisibility. » With his statement as a cue, he began to shimmer in an odd way, as the light around him bent to give him the illusion of invisibility. Aaron smirked, and suggested, "Hey, maybe if we can go to the store, we can choose a color and I'll dye it for you." He observed the way he turned invisible. He tried to look around and see him, but was surprised at how close James got to him. A slight blush seared across his cheeks. A shiver ran down his spine. Dammit, he couldn't resist making a bad joke. "No, I can't see, you're invisible, man," he chuckled. He gently reached out a hand to see wear the rest of him was. His hand bumped against what he guessed was his waist. He moved it lower, and stopped at his thigh. He just rested it there. 0 players like this post! He noticed that Fae’s face heated up in a light blush. ‘Cute..’ He contemplated pulling away when Fae reaches a hand out, however decided against it when the boy’s hand came into contact with his waist. He, still invisible, began to blush when Fae slid his hand to rest on his thigh. With a smile, he flexed the thigh, which was pure muscle. Aaron noticed he was blushing as well, and smirked at him. He cleared his throat, and took his hands away from his waist and thigh. He scoffed. "Nah, you're hot," he said nonchalantly. "Alright, so what color would you want?" he changed the subject. He folded his long legs into a position that was comfortable. While he waited for an answer, he reached up to his bun and gently removed the hair tie, letting his long hair drape around his shoulders.
