Sloths face was buried in a mountain of pillows as the birds started to sing their morning tunes. Most people loved them but she held a grudge against the birds for waking her from her slumber each morning at such an ungodly time. She flipped her head to look her clock and her eyes narrowed It's only five and those cruel creatures are awake already. She wondered if any of the other sins were waking up because of the nosey animals. Huffing she shoved her head into the pillows and started to groan as the birds for some reason got louder. That's when she realized it was her phone and not the animals outside. Slowly sitting up she looked at her phone with sleep laced eyes and the words "SHOWER" scrolled across the screen and her face fell. It had been a few days since Sloth had washed and she didn't want to do it again. Groaning she swung her legs over the side and stepped onto the cold ground. Lazily she walked into one of the bathrooms and flicked on the lights, she could have sworn the blinded her but soon her vision came back. Locking the door she stripped and hopped into the shower and started to wash.

Axel was already awake and sitting at the long table in the manor. He was hunched over his omelet the chef had cooked him and was lazily scrolling through Instagram. He wasn't liking any posts though, because God forgives the son of a wealthy politician like anything lewd or NSFW. He came across a news article saying to look out for anyone acting strange or big groups of seven actings totally different. He read the first paragraph before he heard the nail clicks of his dog just a few doors down, and she was going fast. He already knew what was going to happen so he pushed his barley touched food away and stood up just as his large Saint Bernard Rosie ran into the Manor with a helpless maid in tow. Rosie looked so proud of herself as she had a rag clenched between her slobbery jaw, the maid didn't look so happy. She must have been trying to fold laundry when Rosie stole the rag. The dog dropped the rag in her master's hand before sitting down, cringing a bit Axel offered to clean the rag in which the maid respectfully declined.

Sloth washed quickly just wanting to sit down and close her eyes. She slowly massaged soap into her scalp as she closed her eyes briefly. Must have not been so briefly because suddenly she was on the floor. Groaning she got to her feet slowly and finished her shower before switching the water off. She stepped out into the cold air and took a deep breath. Looking around she peeked in the mirror and scrunched up her face. She looked horrible but with no motivation she pulled on her clothes and walked out of the bathroom leaving water on the floor and the shower door wide open. She looked into her bedroom which was the smallest only because she could care less where she slept, her eyes scanned the tiny room searching for her book bag. There were clothes and old food wrappers thrown about because she never cleaned. Spotting the bag she slowly grabbed it and swung it over her shoulder. The weight of the bag made her slouch even more as she made her way to the stairs. Sitting down she slid down them like they were a slide, she always did this and it was clear the other sins got annoyed by it. She stood up at the end and sleepily made her way into the kitchen. Falling into a chair she looked over at Gluttony and Wrath and yawned "I hate morning" she groaned and rested her head on the table closing her eyes and reaching her arm out to gluttony "feed me" she yawned and opened her mouth hopping for breakfast to be shoved in. Sloth opened her eyes and watched Wrath leave before looking at Gluttony with leading eyes.

Axel looked down at the dog who had the biggest grin on before grabbing a leash and hooking her up. He could now hear more footsteps walking around and by the sound of it, they belonged to his mother and father. Rushing to the door so they didn't see the new set of bruises on his knuckles and face he whipped the door open and he and Rosie ran out. He looked down the long driveway and unhooked Rose before sprinting to the large gates. He would just run to the school but ask a maid or butler to bring his supplies and jacket. He got to the gate first and winked at rose before signaling a guard to open it he walked out nicely just so the other rich folk wouldn't have something bad against his family. He thought back to his best friend Gavin who was always fawning over his wealth and begging to be adopted but he would always tell him it wasn't always fun and games. He heard someone call to him but he kept his head down until he felt someone holding onto his arm. Turning angrily until he noticed it was just his mother with his stuff "I know you're not coming back for it so I wanted to bring it out for you and take Rosie back in" she said cheerfully and didn't even comment on his face. He nodded and grabbed his things from her before she walked back to the house with the dog in tow and left him to continue his long walk to school.
