I'm an old returning member of Lioden, from around 2014. I roleplayed here a lot when I was present back then. I'm not looking to get super super back into it, but I'd love some casual stuff. about me I've been roleplaying for about ~10 years I have the most experience with wolf, lion, horse, cat, and Pokemon RPs, but typically enjoy nearly any animal RPs. I'm typically a fairly long-form/descriptive RPer (I typically average 1000 to 3000 characters [with spaces] for most of my posts, but this can go longer or shorter depending on the material I'm given to work with). I put a lot of emphasis on characterization and world-building. what i'm looking for CASUAL RPs (group & 1-on-1s). I work full-time and run a text-based Pokemon fangame during a lot of my free time, so I can't commit to something intensive or a scenario where I'm expected to constantly be online and posting. Just looking for something to stimulate my brain with something new whenever I have time. animal RPs. Doesn't have to be the animals/creatures (Pokemon included) that I've listed above, but I typically won't participate in human RPs unless it is Pokemon-involved. RPs where romance is not the main goal. While I'm fine with RPing romance, I don't particularly enjoy romance for romance's sake -- if a romance develops naturally between characters, that's fine, but I don't like going into it with the plan/goal being romance. :) what i value in an RP and/or RP partner Well-built and well-played characters. This doesn't mean that characters have to be hyper-original or unique. I really appreciate characters who has reasoning behind what they do and the way that they act in accordance with their experiences and personalities, as opposed to a character who acts inconsistently with their described personalities, or a character that isn't affected by in-RP events. OK with in-RP conflict or chaotic characters. I have a versatile range of characters I can play, including somewhat chaotic or more abrasive characters. Some of my characters range on the Chaotic Good to Chaotic Neutral scale, depending on plot. I enjoy RPing with others who can play with & around characters that might not always match their own character's wishes. Chill about post wait times. Like I mentioned above, this is something I'm looking for casually. I prefer people to be ok with waiting for posts sometimes. I'll try not to ghost/at least be communicative if I'm not free, but my responses can be slow sometimes. On-Lioden RPs. I do have and use Discord around the clock, but to commit to this being a side thing, I'd prefer RP be kept to the Lioden forums or DMs (for 1-on-1s). If you want to chat via Discord but RP via forum or DMs, that's fine -- I just can't RP on Discord itself (the 2k char limit is also death). If you've made it this far, thanks for reading! Hello there!
I was wondering whether you're still looking for writing partners?
I have about 14 years of experience writing, much of it spent writing animals and animalistic characters. Much like you, I'm looking for people who are fine with a casual approach to the story as I may have delays due to work, health reasons, and such.

If you're interested, did you have anything in mind that you wanted to try out or would you rather we brainstorm together for a story? I'm itching for a lion roleplay but I'd very happily consider other settings if there was something you wanted to do.
