Just click on it in Hoard, and choose from the dropdown one of the dead lions stored in your Dynasty. It will then bring it back as a frozen lion.

Once one of your lions dies, they will appear on the bottom of Pride Dynasty with an option to "Store" them next to them. If you choose Store, their records will be stored in the Dynasty.

Non-lethal lions die between 15 and 16 years of age (but can be retired for 10 sb starting from 14), Deaf lions can die earlier. Lethal cubs die at different times before 1 year old.
Note that cubs died from being unprotected by a broodmother, from their survival bar dropping too low, are not added to Dynasty and cannot be stored! Lions killed with the Kill option on their pages also arent added to Dynasty.

No, Dynasty is already there in your Den, on the bottom - above Edit your Details windows. Small bar stating Pride Dynasty!

Forgot to add: dead lions that werent Stored will only stay in Dynasty for 1 week/7 days! If you dont choose to Store them by then, their records will be deleted. Once Stored however they remain there forever.
