-LOCKED - Cub population solutions?

Hi guys! I'd just like to take a moment to get your opinions. Unfortunately, a common complaint that has been reappearing over the past few weeks has been just how difficult it now is to sell cubs for a decent price - something that, as lionesses become more readily available as players level up their impression, we feel we could assist with. These are the following suggestions we have to improve the situation and hope we could get your thoughts on:

* Limit studding. A male lion can have x amount of studdings per week. Once those are taken, have to wait for the "slots" to regenerate the following week.

* Level/stat related breeding failures as suggested earlier in the thread. Higher the level/stat, less the chance of failure. For people that ONLY want to breed for looks, perhaps we could introduce an item to raise the chances of a particular individual so no one is effectively penalized, though the game is guiding you towards levelling up your lion/lioness.

* Introducing disasters. Cubs would have low chances of perishing in said disasters, but subordinate males could be utilized to protect one cub each. (Thus giving immunity for one cub per sub male)

* Adding an additional stillborn risk in pregnancy - at current a lioness will lose one cub for each day her hunger dips above 50%, but perhaps we can have an additional 10% random risk for each day in pregnancy as well. It's a fairly low amount.

* A minimum stud price. Basically, 25sb per marking on the male lion.

If you wish to discuss the ideas or have ideas of your own, please come and join the discussion in this thread! (News comments are not an appropriate place to discuss this topic.)
