Originally being born into Queen Misfit's pride, Atlas was showered with affection and riches for the first year of his life. He began to excel in certain aspects that the other cubs had not, such as strength, intelligence, and speed. He seemed like a wonderful pick to be an heir, and that's what he was going to be. As time went on and Misfit's goals began to change, however, there was a noticeable difference in the Queen's behavior; first, it was the Name Stripping. She started talking about "clean" lions and "dirty" lions, and after one look at a lion, she would either assign them a number, or let them keep their name. The lions who got to keep their names were valued highly, but the ones who were assigned numbers were more often than not brutally killed, if they didn't produce the desired cubs. Atlas became increasingly nervous as he approached adulthood, and since Misfit was approaching the end of her life. There was one question in his mind; "Am I going to be next?" --- Born w/ 724st July 21, 2020 --- July 22, 2020- Played, +1 skill July 25, 2020- Played, +1 skill July 27, 2020- Tussled, +1 skill, used Sunset Marking applicator- 100% Sunset Crackle. Double sunset crackle?? Wowza. I was hoping for either siamese or lace, but ok!! I might save up more meteorite shards to get another app, but it'll have to wait until next year. Aug 1, 2020- Fed Mudfish, +1 strength. Played, +1 skill! Tomorrow, Atlas becomes an adolescent- I need to make space. Aug 3, 2020- Tussled, +1 skill. I rolled over yesterday but I was too busy cleaning up my room and the basement because it flooded. July 1, 2021- Ahaha, went on an unintentional hiatus.... oopsies. Anyway, tested Atlas for mutations. Sadly, there were none. Also, I learned he isn't clean, so kinda bummed about that. Misfit still has some life left in her, so I'm considering maybe not having Atlas be my next heir? Wanting a clean boy. Maybe some primal mutation, but I still like the Noctis mane. Might go for a different base. July 3, 2021- Finished cub training! July 7, 2021- Found a better heir, who is clean. Atlas will make a wonderful submale.
