The boy wandered in, looking scraggly and scruffy. most of those that wander the desert end up looking like that i guess. I could see him from 3 killometers off, on top of a dune, he looked like a young teen or and older cub, maybe around 1 year old. I was wrong. As he got closer i could see him better, his short tail and strong shoulders, the fangs. I rushed off to get Aniu. Shed know how to deal with one of their kind. -------- 5 Months old...... thats how old the poor thing is. 5 months old, the size of a 1 your old adolescent and dehydrated and overheated as one would expect from a creature of the cold playing around in the desert. Aniu took him to her part of the cave, the very back where the heat couldnt bother them and is now tending to the massive cub. I wonder what happened to him.
