The grassy plains of Krugar's national park, is home to a coalition pride belonging to two primed Barbary lions, known as Konan and Achiles. Forming their brotherhood since birth, they are the last of their species, released into the reserve in order to boost their numbers. However, resulting in hybrids as they form the pride with Africa's largest predator and cat. Claiming the grasslands, they reserve this super pride of many females and counting. Their territory continues to expand as the pride grows, hoping to result in healthy as well as an abundance of cubs.
THE BELLOWS OF WARSONG
Konan stepped into unfamiliar grounds, the land seemed empty, lifeless, dead. But it was amongst the dust that Achiles and Konan wandered, there they met Violet, a young lioness that seemed to be as if cautions, however smiled to the brothers and cooed a social murr. The males approached with caution, convinced they had seen death, the tempers of another male were another wrath they wished not to irritate. Violet merely soothed their worries with a polite caress of her head, brushing the two with her side. With that the brothers where convinced she was alone, Konan began marking the territory heavily as it seemingly sprung to life. This was the beginning of the Warlords reign...
The days passed and Konan felt his strength returning. Their weight had slowly stacked on and their manes flourished with the new founded support of their lioness. It wasn't long until their scents caught wind of other, amorous lionesses in seek of a protecting pride. Adolescents and young adults pranced playfully into Konan and Achiles's territory. The lionesses sung confidently in hopes of being accepted into their clan, offering submissive poses as they rolled and played in front of the males. Konan watched, strategically planning, their numbers could prove useful. Eclipse was the first to approach Violet, immediately bowing to the head lioness whom was far more experienced with these lands. Violet did not hesitate in the swift welcoming of the new pride members. More lionesses meant more prey and strength in numbers, not only was this, but Konan had a chance to boost his generation, with more success of the survival of his genes. He greeted Eclipse with a deep moan, his gaze then turning to Alzubra, Amy and Bonfire. Their fiery pelts and romantic maroons added a somewhat delightful warmth to the pride.
Their pride grew slowly, with the first litters of cubs arriving, lionesses soon had their paws full as they focused on raising Konan's and Achiles's young. Daughters matured quickly and were learning fast from their mothers hunting trips, practicing their skills and talents through sparring and play. Males watched their fathers battle and bicker as they fought to keep their defenses from rival imposters. Kings that seek their throne, but the brothers teamwork proved effective, together Achiles and Konan held their territory and plan to do so for many years to come. Konan would look to his sons, Ardeshir and Regulus and would state proudly in encouragement for them to follow his road of blood shed and glory. Animals would part ways for Konan and Achiles as they were patrol their territories. Konan would furiously maul or kill creatures that threatned him or his pride and had little distaste for smug attitude. "Come my sons-" He would roar boldly. "I will teach you what it means to be, Warsong."
Konan's pride is now strong and thriving. With generations of young to fulfill their fates through Konan's technique and abilities, the brothers continue to sing their name across Krugar and Africa. A seemingly endless war of death and destruction as their bloodline expands and lions fall to their teeth and claw. As Konan and Achiles reign surpreme, their drums will never cease to sound, but every tyrant physically dies and their legacy lives on through their bloodlines. Their sons will continue to carry out this bloodthirsty burden, endlessly breeding warriors to slaughter and protect as they far none and boldly engage against all for they will forever be the Warlords of Krugar.
