Duska, a young male, left his home pride a short while ago. Thinking of settling down, he has found a small lake. The prey is plentiful and the water is cool and fresh; the combination of these features is appealing. Scent signals are all over the ground, messages from wandering lionesses looking for homes.

1/7/15
Queen Sadra has joined the pride. A light cream markingless lioness, full of wisdom and always one to air of the side of caution. Duska, enraptured, has crowned her as Queen.

X/X/15
An odd cub has been found within the pride. Her mother is unknown. There is something wrong with her ears; they are curled and folded over. She seems to have no issues with hearing as she responds to the name Aella.

10/8/16
A pure white cub has been born to Rusper. Her muzzle and paws are pink, and her eyes are bright red. She unsettles the other cubs, especially for being named after something rarely encountered in Hiraeth: Snow.

30/8/16
King Duska has peacefully stepped down from his throne due to his age. King Lynnette, formerly Kaira, has taken his place. His partner, Jiutou, has also taken her place as Queen.

19/5/17
King Lynnette has left his throne with a grey muzzle after a long and peaceful rule. King Seastar, formerly Percy, has replaced him as a Primal ruler, the first mutated leader of the Hiraeth Pride. His partner, Annabeth, has taken her place as Queen.

King Seastar has produced his first primal cub: a lioness, named Lemon Buzz.

13/10/17
Born to King Seastar and Martha, Spring is the first primal smilus to be born in the pride, and the future king.

20/02/18
The King Seastar and Queen Annabeth have both passed fourteen years; the Queen has born the last cub she will carry. He is a primal; and the perfect merge between the two.

03/03/18
King Seastar has reached age 15; he has stepped down as King, passing the role onto his smilus son Spring. Seastar remains in the pride as a Grandpaw, to live out his twilight years with his Queen, Annabeth.
The new King Spring has been wholeheartedly welcomed into the pride. His mate, Artemis, has stepped up as King Consort. They seem well-equipped to rule over the pride together.

A Primal Felis was born into the pride; daughter of a Cotton lioness and King Spring, his second Felis daughter. She will grace the pride with her leadership one day.

23/07/18
Annstar, last son of King Seastar and Queen Annabeth has left the pride. He was offered to take over the role of leadership in the Petrichor pride, as King Dicer, an old friend of the founder of the Hiraeth pride, is near to passing on.
