Lioden style has certain traits like realistic or at least semi-realistic style and anatomy, subtle shading, pencil-like lineart and a lot of detail. We need artists to try and blend in with our style in order to match the scene/art. We do not nitpick. We want to explain, straight to the point, why your decor is not matching, and if possible, give tips on what to improve. I'm just trying to provide as much hints and explanations how to fit Lioden's style better. I do realise it is hard, so I will do my best to help. I've been there, I had to match many sim sites before and learn their styles, in order to have accessories/decors and I eventually got hired! yay. So, this thread here is for this purpose: Is your decor keeping with Lioden's requirements? It's best to know BEFORE you spend money and buy the Decor Maker, right? Paste it here (or if you're shy, PM me) and I will PM you with explanations, WIP tips, or suggestions to change style or artist (unfortunately some artists know only "Pixelart" etc and they rarely will adjust fast enough to match).  0 players like this post! Xylax- Could you give me some tips on this decor I've worked on? Heya! I submitted my decor earlier but was told to make some changes with the lines and such! I just wanted to post here with the updated version before going through the process of making all the different versions for cubs and resubmitting ^^  If there's anything else that needs changed, could you let me know? So I'm wanting to make a cute lazy cub decor for all lions but don't want to do it all if it's not up to standard. I've done it for the lioness, and just wanted to see if it was at the right standard. If not, what could I do to get it up to standard? So I have been working hard on the Phoenix art that was rejected and id like to show the finished product of the adult male image (so far It's all I have completed, I don't know if I want a separate image for lionesses and she adolescence yet... Adolescence is a HUGE WIP that I currently don't want to show yet)  So I thought since we already have a sunny fire themed Phoenix, id get creative and make a Celestial (or Lunar not sure which yet) Phoenix Like I said HUGE WIP and I do I have layers left open JIC you would like me to fixe anything :3 The rebirth image is so different from the ash pile which I actually liked the least of all the previous images, it's like a piece of moon and a bunch of wispy moon dust swirling about but it's not finished Contacted - Xy 0 players like this post! I'm so glad there's a board for this, I'd have no idea where else to ask otherwise! So a friend of mine suggested a really cool idea for a custom decor to me the other day, but I'm concerned about whether or not something like this would be allowed. The idea was night vision, or to have the lion look like it was being viewed through a night vision camera. The part that concerns me with that is the fact that in order to do that I need to overlay a dark green filter over the entire image, including the background, and I'm not sure if that would really be acceptable. The background as well as previously equipped decor would still be visible under the filter as it's semi transparent, so it shouldn't affect anything too drastically. But I just wanted to double check on the acceptability of a decor like this. Here is a quick preview I made up just to help clarify what I'm talking about, minor changes to detailing and such may be made afterwards if the idea is cleared  Contacted - Xylax 0 players like this post! Hopefully this is of high enough quality, but I'd really like to have this for one of my lionesses, and there's a bit of interest in me selling it as well. Just like to make sure it's up to snuff before I submit it/work on it for all of the males and if it's not, what I can do to bring it to Lioden standards. Thank you so much for this board!
