I've had the idea for awhile that there should be a base and manebase the color of blood.It would make evil lions so badass looking.It could also be called Crimson to go with the eye color that already exists.I also have ideas for markings this color.One i call Splatter which makes it look like the lion has blood splattered on its paws and muzzle.There are several versions, one that only covers the muzzle, one that only covers the front paws, and one that covers the muzzle as well as all four paws.Another marking idea is the mist marking in blood color to make it look like a fine mist of blood landed on the lion.I'm open to other markings in this color as well.I figured the manebase, base, and marking applicators would be available during October for the Halloween event and would be passed through breeding, though it would be uncommon or rare.It would look really good with the dark bases and markings and would help give a more sinister feel to lions.I unfortunately am unable to make art as examples so feel free to make some if you wish to help get this idea in the game.Honest criticism is welcome as well as ideas for other things in this color.A mane marking like Streaks and Ends in this color is another idea.it'll look like it has blood in its mane.
