SO, This would be exactly what it sounds like! It would be an Adult Mutation for females only. This mutation would cause the fur around the neck, chest, and head (Only the top tho) to grow longer than the other parts of the fur and curl, like mane Wavy in a sense. The curled hair wouldn't be curled to the point of lion-sheep, but kinda a mix between that and Wavy Mane, leaving curly locks of mane on a lioness. Like Mane Frizzy and Mane Feathery, the mane color would show on the mutation, but only at the tips. The fur on the tail tuft would grow longer as well, almost as long as the Mane Silky tail tuft, but unlike Mane Sliky it would curl at the mane color would be shown off at the tips like Mane Frizzy.

I actually can't draw, so I can't draw what's in my mind, but I think it would be cool if it looked like a thin Wavy mane for lionesses, but with more curl than wavy.
