Alrighty, so I know that you have the option to keep the old appearance of your king or switch to the new appearance of your heir.

I currently have a king whose design I am very happy with it, but I would like to retire him again soon to a heir with high stats (while keeping the appearance of my current king). I have two questions:

1) Will my current decor transfer to the new king if I keep the appearance of the current one, or will I have to reapply all of the decor?

2) If I retire to a heir with a mutation, but keep the appearance of my current king, will he get the mutation applied or is it erased? I know that if a king with a mutation is retired, then his mutation will be erased no matter what, but what I'm asking is- does it work the other way around, to retire to a heir with a mutation while keeping the old appearance AND the new mutation?

If anyone knows the answers to either of these I would be very grateful, thanks!!

The decor will have to be reapplied to your new male. The old decor will have to be manually removed from the old king either before or after retirement.

And yes, if the new heir has a mutation he will still take on the old king's appearance AND keep his mutation.
