This could either be a February mini-event or a June Ending Event.

The Guérewol originates from the Wodaabe in Niger. It is a courtship celebration that happens after the floods in September. The courtship aspect would lend itself to incorporation in the February event, however it happens at the end of the floods in June. I'm leaning more towards February, but I'll let you guys decide.

The festival includes elaborate outfits, dances, and music done by the young men in order to hopefully impress the women. The outfits could inspire new decors for our lions (possibly in the Flirt Shop) and perhaps new and interesting encounters in explore. Perhaps there could be specific claiming encounters for "special lionesses" (not the same as in raffles) that are only available in February that could incorporate parts of the dances and courtship. The females could like some aspects of the dance more than others.

This could also be used as a way to incorporate more lions like Apedemak. Perhaps like Bes? Check this out here.
