Name: Caine Crow
age: 20
gender: Male

Weapon of choice: Caine prefures a close and personal type of fighting, so at his hip is a thick broad sword handed down by his father to him. it is very sharp and refined on both sides, giving him an extra edge when in battle along with a deep groove in the middle so that blood does not dull the blade. The pommel is of black leather with a large white wolf head at the top.

Description/Picture: Claine is a rather tall gentleman, guessing to stand almost around 6 foot give or take with a rather strong and muscular build. His attire consists of a dark leather jacket that sweeps his legs, a black shirt and black pants. His sword sheath is nicely strapped to his side with a dagger close by.

Human: Caine
Shift: Wolf form

Personality: Caine Has a bad temper. He is stubborn, hard headed, and grumpy. He has lived on his own for a long time, and his patients for others are not very good. He is cocky, and can be very arrogant when he wants to be. On the flip side, Caine is also very loyal, trustworthy and he will always be there for those he cares about. He keeps the promises he makes and would make the best friend you could ever hope for, or the worst enemy, if you can get past his grumpy side. He naturally protects everything he holds close to him, so if you're one of the lucky people to be in his 'circle' and be someone he considers important, he would easily give his life protecting you.

Theme Song: Epic rock :)
Born ready
Wild Thing

More of his character will appear as the role play goes on :) I didn't want to give to much away ;3

"Adelaide, I know you aren't going out again." Her mothers crisp clear voice rang out. Adelaide stopped in her tracks, her cape swirled around her, stirring the dust at her feet. "I am only meeting Sabela down in the cellar for some drinks to celebrate her engagement." She watched as her mother rolled her eyes from the stairwell where she was standing. "Besides, you know how chilly it gets down there." Adelaide's mother, Queen Elmira, walked toward her golden haired daughter. "Drinks young girl?" She said looking Adelaide in the eyes and brushing a strand of Adelaide's hair out her face. "Yes mother." Adelaide said nonchalantly. She could see the playful gleam in her mother's eyes and knew she was going to be let off the hook. "Fine." Queen Elmira said sharply, whisk herself away back towards the stair case which she had appeared. "Need I remind you though, you father had better not find you passed out tomorrow morning." And with that the Queen steadily ascended the staircase. Adelaide crooked smile spread across her face, and she quickened her pace down the long corridor, and descending a spiral staircase to the bare stone floor below.

"You made it!" Sabela whispered. "I didn't think your mom would actually let you. What did you even tell her?" Sabella slighy Scottish accent bounced of the walls around them.
"I was going to drink with you on your engagement!" Adelaide snorted.
"MY engagement" Sabela chuckled back. "It is so improper I can't help but laugh."
Adelaide giggles subsided and she continued "Well it's not as if she doesn't know you aren't actually engaged, I mean she would be the first to hear about it!" Adelaide started laughing all over again. Once the two had mostly finished their laughing fit. Adelaide grabbed Sabela's arm and pulling her along and delightfully exclaiming "Now let mount and go find that boy toy of yours!" Sabela laughed and together the two took off through the floor of the castle out into the back courtyard, across that and into the stables. Adelaide braided her hair and tied it in a knot at the nape of her neck, before pulling over the hood of her dusty green cape. They then mounted two noble steeds and trotted of north into the village at base of the mountain.

The bustle of the common folk were loud that day, the dust flew well past weist height as carriages and horses walked too and fro across the roads that littered the rather large village. The shops were very busy with the abundances of travelers that had passed through, and the farmers selling there crops were bound to get a great profit that day. The sun was high in the sky as morning was soon to pass, the comfortable air that was not to hot yet not to cold would soon turn more towards the hotter temperatures as the sun rose higher and higher. There was not a cloud in the sky as its light blue hue shone across the horizon from the glint of the bright rays. The wind was gentle as it slowly started to pick up here and there, whisking up a few leaves that landed on the ground and rustled the thick foliage under the trees.

Caine was gently walking down the large dirt road on his large stallion, returning from a successful hunt as a large buck hung across the back of his horse, blood slowly dripping from his mouth and neck as it gently swayed from the movements of the stallion. He rarely sold his kills to the villagers except along the winter months were food was scarce, and usually made enough coin to last the rest of the year until next winter where he would repeat the process but he had some unfinished business in the village, and just decided to get rid of something he did not need. The buck was already gutted and cleaned from the large flowing rivers that laced the land, and Caine had already passed his farm to venture forth into the village and visit some old friends.

Quickly he clicked his tongue to get his stallion into a even trot, gripping the reins with one gloved hand as the other gripped his sword hilt, an old reflex he had developed living with his father when he was younger and had yet to cure. The village was just up ahead as he swerved several times for a large carriage going north, and again for a group of riders that managed to gallop to the entrance with no consideration of other people on the road. The village was indeed a hostile place if you could see through the people in it, but for most it was just a peaceful town nestled next to a large castle. Quickly he frowned to himself in the thought, not even realizing that he was. Caine was quick to judge the kingdoms royal family, they were good people in the towns eyes, but no good had even managed to reach him when involved with the more fortunate.

Pulling back to a walk he gently rode down the middle of the streets were most of the other horsemen and women rode to avoid running over commoners on foot, but some were to prude to do such things as a few riders rode right through the crowds, making them part as quick as they could. All he could do was role his eyes as he slowly made his way through town. His friends hut was close to the gates of the castle, and much more town needed to pass before he would finally reach it, but he usually took the time to look around at what others were doing around the village.
He even thought he saw someone familiar he usually never saw, the king and queens daughter was highly known for her good deeds around the village, but what was she doing out here?

The horses trotted down the dirt road, stirring the dry dust around them. Adelaide could sense Sabela staring at her. She roomed her hood and asked "What is it?" Sabela sighed and said "Your highness, you are two pretty still to be roaming around the village. While I admire your work with making peasant looking clothes, your blonde hair and perfect sculpted face, people will still know you though you haven't visited this village before. I just worry for your safety, and I know... " Sabela kept rambling on, but didn't notice Adelaide pulling a little satchel out of her left sleeve. She stopped talking when she noticed Adelaide scooped, what seemed to be black powder, from the bag and then smearing it on her face! "It's soot!" exclaimed Adelaide. She then let out her hair and smash the ash and soot into it, swirling it around in her hair. She cover her hands in it, and for the finishing touch, rub a small pinch into her bottom teeth. Sabela shuddered and gagged "You look like you have been mining and been chewing on bones for years!" Adelaide laughed and gave Sabela a big cheesy grin. "Still recognizable?" She asked.

"Guess we will find out..." Sabela shrugged. The horses had reach the small glade of forest that led into the village. They followed a path that led to the left side of town instead of straight into the middle. They found a run down inn to tie their horses too and they dismounted. "Wait," Adelaide paused. "We have been here before!" She said with delight. Memories rushing back to her of when she and her ladies were younger. "Damien used to sneak us down here to jump on the mattresses!"

Sabela's eyes widenen "My God, you are right!" She giggled remembering her childhood years. Collecting herself she turned to Adelaide grasping her shoulders. "We meet back here in one hour yes?" Adelaide didn't respond, she was already mentally charting her way through the shacks and people until she could find the main square where she could browse the market and talk with strangers. "Adelaide you're not listening again." Sabela grunted. "One. Hour." Adelaide pulled away from her lady "Yes. One. Hour." and before Sabela could spit another word out, Adelaide disappeared around the corner.

Adelaide smiled as she ducked out of view of Sabela. Excitement to explore this new place filled her bosom. She gasped suddenly as she stepped in stinky dark manure. In front of her was a herd of sheep. An old wrinkled woman was trying to push the white animals around. "Excuse me miss, where are you going?" Adelaide asked. She woman looked up front the sheep she was pushing. "To the square of course, gotta sell these bastard before noon." She woman grunted back. "Oh here, let me help." Adelaide pushed her way forward. She helped heard the sheep a few blocks until they reached the main square. Adelaide was covered in piece of white fuzz, dirt, poop but she didn't care. it made her happy to see the village bustling about.

Caine could easily be seen though the crowds of dusty and dirty people, his horse almost as black as night itself and the good grooming he got each day did not help either. The stallions coat glinted from the sun sending a glossy sheen over each moving muscle as they finally reached the half way mark, quickly pulling back the reins a moment to let a few villagers pass by with a friendly smile. He could almost pass for a rich man, or a duke from a far off land, but his attitude and manners was of a commoner and he planned on staying that way. Quickly he pressed his heel into his steeds side, sending him in a jolt to quickly trot down the center roads once more.

The closer they had reached to the castle less people filled the streets, the common districts now turning to the more needed occupations. The blacksmiths and horse stables were few and far between along with the tailors, jewelry craftsmen and the inns, all nestled closer to the castle from there importance. Even a few cow and sheep herders lived up on the hills beside the palace o provide the royal families and there visitors fresh food each day. Quickly taking his gaze from the distant herds of sheep on the hills he quickly stopped with a harsh pull of the reins as a herd of sheep gathered around his horses legs, all quickly trotting past followed by a old sheep herder. She cooed the sheep and called to them as she drove them down the street seemingly being followed and helped by a younger women covered in what looked like dirt or soot. Her golden hair was almost tinged brown and black as she walked down the road, her face was smudged with fingerprints of black and a few streaks here and there. Caine quickly followed her with his bright blue gaze, watching as she tried to hassle a few lingering sheep forwards but failing in her attempts to do so. If she was a sheep herders daughter, she would easily know how to do such things, but it was not his place to speak up.

He quickly took a deep breath in, filling his scenes with the smells around him, most of them were of dirt, mud, and manure, but a small hint of something he never really smelled in the village. Fragrant perfume. Her form might be covered in filth but he could easily see past her worn clothes and attempts to look dirty. Raising suspicious eyebrow towards her he waited for them all to pass before clicking his stallion once more into a fast walk, looking behind him once more as they herd fell over the small hill down towards town square.

Walking past a few building he quickly passed one of the last inns, looking at two hitched horses standing peacefully in the hot suns rays. There tack was of an amazing quality of leather, lined with colors of fabric, a very rich pair of riding saddles for someone to stay at one of the crappiest inns in the village. He was right to suspect the princess was out and about, but what for was all a misery, a misery he did not care to investigate as he finally reached his destination. Dismounting quickly he walked up the wooden steps to the black smiths door, giving a few knocks before it swung open. He was invited in for a good 20 minutes before finally leaving with a goodbye and a wave. Another gentleman, older with large muscles came out with him to pack the buck inside, giving one final wave before parting ways.

His old friends parents were going through a rough patch in there life, the blacksmith made lots of coin, but spent it all on medication for his sick wife leaving none for food and other necessities. Caine could only do so much, and if the food he cought was enough then he would bring a fresh kill every morning until his wife was better. Or until she passed. It was off towards home once more, mounting his stallion before taking off down the center roads in a gentle lope towards town.

"Thank you my dear." The old lady said. Adelaide smiled politely. And the old lady grimaced, wrinkled her nose in disgust and shooed Adelaide away. Adelaide covered her smile and walked away. She had forgotten about her "rotten teeth.

She turned the corner from where the small paddock full of sheep was. Her eyes grew wide as the scene before her evolved. Carts of food, basket, barrels were being rolled back and forth. Stands of fine jewelry, cloth, fruits and many other items stood in front of her. People bustled back and forth. Kids romped around in the mud, chasing each other with sticks and dolls. There giggles added to the humming of the market. Adelaide stepped up to the nearest cart half of it filled with corn and the other have full of small potatoes. She ran her hands over them, only to have her hand slapped by the stand owner. " Hands off unless you're buying." He snarled and then continued his counting of something behind the stand. Adelaide's head turned to her left where a loud crash had occurred. Someone had knocked over a cart full of apples. It had to of taken a lot of force too, the donkey flailed helpless on the ground attached to the sideways wagon. The driver was face down under a little mass of apples, regaining his composure. Suddenly other man yelled "Stop that man!" Pointing to a brown haired figure dashing madly towards the other end of the center. "He stole my fine jewels." Everyone cowered and kept to themselves. The jeweler tried to run after the man, but with his large statue was quickly falling behind. Adelaide gasped and started into a sprint. Two other men joined her, chasing after the culprit. The two men kept yelling at the younger man, and they quickly out paced Adelaide, who was slowed by the wind catching her cape.

The brown haired boy had disappeared into the trees. The three of the slowed when suddenly a grey wolf whipped out of the branches charging at them. He grabbed the man to Adelaide right throwing him to the ground.' The man screamed and blood gushed from his arm. Adelaide felt herself transform. The wolf snarled at Adelaide, it's teeth gleaming in the noon day sun. It circled them and challenged them, seeming to see if any of them were shifters. The injured man let out a loud groan again and Adelaide's focus flew from the wolf the man. He was about 12 feet away from her. She glanced at the wolf then at the man. She didn't want to have to shift if necessary, but this situation was becoming dire. The other man had to weapons but stood his ground against the snarling wolf. In a sudden movement Adelaide threw her cape at the wolf and dashed to the man on the ground. She heard a sharp bark as he untangled himself from the cape. The second man ran back toward the village. Adelaide was frantically trying to rip her fabric to try and stop the bleeding, but the castles fabric was too fine to tear through all at once. She froze when she felt hot wet breath on her head. A low growl rumbled from the wolf and he lunged on top of Adelaide.

A loud roared echoed in the trees around them. Adelaide raised herself onto her back legs, baring her teeth at the wolf. She lowered back down and the ground shook. She let out a deep threatening growl. The wolf bristled, but didn't move. Adelaide didn't want to hurt the man, but she was angry for what he had done, stolen and then perhaps killed another man. She swiped her big left paw at the wolf. It smacked him across the side of his neck. He whimpered and staggered sideways and took off running. Adelaide growled again for good measure and ran back over to the injured man. He was unconscious now, blood still trickled down his arm. She sniffed the man, he was still alive but barely, this was a lot of shock for him. Her ears flickered backwards and she lifted her head behind her to he sound of thundering hooves. The other man who had chased after the thief, had come back with horses. He jumped off and raced to my side. He cautious approach her. Fear showed on his face, though Adelaide wasn't sure if it was fear of the man laying there fighting for his life, or if he was fearful of the huge grizzly standing next to him. Adelaide nodded her head and stepped back as the man lifted the bloody man into his arms and loaded him onto the other horse he hadn't been riding.

With that Adelaide watched them trot off. She snorted and walked off deeper into the trees so any passersby wouldn't see her nakedness as she shifted back into her princess form and waited for her clothes to regenerate.

(( Sorry this one is a bit short. I know what is coming up and there is not much to say until Sebela comes to find him ))

the town suddenly burst with excitement and mayhem as Caine made his way through the busier parts of the village, He halted his stallion with a quick pull of the reins before pivoting around to face the commotion the randomly burst through the trading districts. His bright gaze quickly searched through the crowds of cowering people, locking on to the same soot covered girl running beside to large men. The woman was easily passed as the men rounded up and stopped in front of a large wolf. It snarled and bared its white fangs as the three before lunging with a growl as it latched onto one mans arm, thrashing around before finally throwing him to the ground. It was then he noticed the wolves eyes, they gleamed as the wolf glared down to the woman now only a few feet in front of her form, it was a shiftier, taking advantage to steal or kill during the days light.

He let out a small growl himself as he turned his stallion again towards the wolf, and was just about start galloping when the wolf jumped to grab a hold of the girl. The wolf would surly kill her as it snapped its jaws in an attempt to maul her, but was quickly thrown off with an impressive roar. The girls human form quickly took that of a large grizzly to look over the now smaller wolf, roaring loudly with a harsh swipe of a clawed paw to hit the wolf in the side of the neck sending it yelping back. It quickly took off after back into the forest to recuperate. Caine could only watch as another man rode up on a horse to take the injured back, the bear quickly dispersed into the forest to return to human form, and wait for the clothes to appear once more. He didn't really know what had happened at that point, and now that it was over he had nothing more to do but to continue down the road back home. Local gossip would surly spread now, and he would know more detail on it then but for now he needed to ride home and start cleaning the rest of his kills that day.

The town was shaken as people quickly walked back and forth across the roads to there homes and shops, the word that a shiftier attacked had spread like wild fire and everyone would prepare for another one. Men sharpened there swords and axes, women prepared food not just for that days dinner, but in case they had to leave the town for good. But Caine would surly remain in town, there was nothing he had not seen before and he could easily defend himself if need be, so he only quietly and calmly trotted down the road once more.
