So, we already have extra limbs, why not missing limbs? They could either be missing One, two, three or four missing limbs. They could all die at different times and have different penalties. Birth message for 1 missing limb: your lioness notices that one of her cubs are a little bit different... They are missing a leg! The cub still seems happy and doesn't notice the difference between themselves and other cubs. Birth message for 2 limbs: your lioness notices something that makes her heart sink. It's missing two legs! It can barely move but still drags around it's little stubs in sadness. Birth message for 3 missing limbs: your lioness runs over to you, shaking in fear! One of her cubs is missing three limbs! It can't walk, and it has trouble nursing. She doesn't think it will make it through the night... Dies at 2 months Missing all limbs Birth message Your lioness desperately pulls the newborn cub close to her, and you notice something different. The poor little cub has no limbs! It's having trouble reaching for milk.. It won't last long. Dies at 1 month No limbs death message Unable to move, the cub died during the night due to starvation. Your lioness grieves. She doesn't want to have another litter of cubs. Effect: Fertility lowered to 1%. Three limbs missing message: Cub died last night. They tried to walk but were unsuccessful. Your lioness is too scared to have more cubs for now. Effect: longer breeding cooldown Only lions missing one or two limbs can reach adolescence and adulthood. Their speed and strength will be lower and they can't use the move grab, pounce or strangle when battling. They earn less prey when hunting, and their fertilities are always very low. I don't know if this has already been suggested before. Please let me know why you do or don't support. Help with idea: Fork |

The muties are good, but they shouldn't affect cool-down on breeding or fertility. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Tentative support? Idk about those lasting effects. Do other lethals have lasting effects on lionesses? 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 06/03/18 @ 12:58:16 by yaminoyume |Çß| (#11258) |

This sounds really good and it would be cool to see all lethal mutations effect the lioness some how like with your idea of the fertility loss and longer cooldown! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Animals can survive missing a leg, so one missing leg shouldn't be lethal. The rest definitely. Also I highly doubt that they would add any effects to the lionesses other than the usual. Anywho I support 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 09/03/18 @ 08:22:29 by Black.Wings (#89608) |

I love this! However, it wouldn’t affect the lioness fertility, since that is connected with her physiology. It would be classified as a mental issue. Maybe she would be unwilling to breed for a certain amount of time? But it wouldn’t lower her fertility. I don’t know if that makes sense 0 players like this post! Like? |
