My suggestion is for an item similar to that of an RMA except that it changes your chosen lions 'base' instead of adding a random marking.

My suggestion is that it can only add common and oasis base's (ones that you can apply through the base changer- Xanthic, onyx... ) but there is a super rare chance of a special RBC Exclusive base!!! any other special bases, including breed only will not be included for rarity reasons. For example you can't randomly get the sunset base from The RBC..make sense?
