I haven't thought of the pose itself, so ideas/mockups are highly appreciated! But I was thinking- posed NCLs are extremely rare, yet they don't sell for jack shit. I think that if there was a pose that could ONLY be applied from catching it on an NCL- no gorilla, no event, no oasis-, then the lioness itself would have to be customized and therefore desired. There's literally no use for posed NCLs at this point in time. People may bring up the fact that all the personalities are covered by poses already. But, we already have Jolly, which has no corresponding personality (there is a jolly female personality, but it's under good). So it would be fine to have. As for how you would get it, my first thought is this: The NCL is claimed, the RNG rolls for if it has a pose. If yes, RNG rolls again to decide if it gets personality pose or exclusive pose (not sure on odds, if it should be 50/50 or rarer.) Thoughts? A very cool idea! Support! Perhaps a sitting pose, like this? It could be called Wary and reflect the starting claiming text, "The lioness looks at you warily, awaiting your move." @zizi The point is to make it actually desirable. Posed ncls are extremely rare but they're literally just used as fodder. Having an ncl only pose would make it so that people would claim more ncls, and a special posed ncl would be customized with markings to make it pretty. Right now, posed ncls aren't worth jack shit, which is weird given how rare they are. 0 players like this post! Like? |

While I love this pose, my only concern is that like good pose, it wouldn't show the marks on the back and sides very well. This is a picture of a cub, but maybe something like this would be better? Just have the eyes looking straight ahead at the viewer instead. It's a somewhat wary posture with the way the ears are tilted, the tail is down and the body is stiff. There's also some neat merit to making a pose that is only found on NCLs. It would potentially encourage customization of NCLs and actually keeping them, introducing new blood into the pool of lions on Lioden. The only downside I can see is... this cannot be passed to cubs, so the money spent on customizing and keeping an NCL like this would eventually go down the drain once she died if someone wanted her mostly for the pose. When you get the notification, maybe there'd be a 20% chance that she leaves a pose as a parting gift. Yeah the biggest issue with this I can see is the pose is for her and only her, so unless you're willing to sink money into a lion for something you can't give to another lion it's uhhhh... Hmmm. Would that be worth it? Especially with breed only bases and such. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I vote the rejected wary pose for her. Maybe, after a month in the pride- 30 days, you get a text saying [Name] seems quite comfortable in the pride. And you get an option to either keep her in the wary pose, or put the pose in your hoard and she takes on the pose fitting her personality. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Depending on your impression level is what determines whether or not you can get a posed NCL so i think it would make sense that if you get a pose NCL it has maybe a 50/50 chance of being the NCL only pose. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I personally don’t like poses being obtained via BO/NCL and doesn’t quite make sense either. Poses only function as just a decor/cosmetic thing. NCLs are fine as they are right now, I don’t see NCLs being expendable as a bad thing as a mass-breeder. I would support it was event pose just like Jolly or dropped in explore by an NPC or even a craft-able. So this gets a “no support” from me. 1 player likes this post! Like? |
