Modbox & Rules Lite GuideHey there guys! First of all, please remember not to share any issues in this thread; if you have any issues, Modbox is there for you, even if you think it is too silly :) If you are a new player and are struggling with the site or simply need a bit of reassurance about what to do in challenging situations, never fear! Bellow you will find common issues every Lioden player has stumbled upon from time to time, and advice on what to do if you ever experience them or are currently doing so but aren't sure what steps to take. Common mistakes that can be fixedIf you ever make a mistake while customizing one of your lions or purchasing items in shops, know that it can be fixed with a Modbox ticket and a bit of patience. Only admins can take care of this and that they need to check it first, but things like using an applicator item onto the wrong slot or lion can be fixed, you only need to go to the Modbox, explain the situation and wait for the ticket to be claimed. While Oasis now has a handy tab where you can refund recently purchased items you have yet to use and get your currency back, mishaps involving purchases in event shops, the Gorilla Enclave, Monkey Business and the Flood Pit still need to be approached via Modbox. There is no shame in admitting a mistake, so don’t be afraid to ask for help! Common mistakes that cannot be fixedRegretfully, the buttons at the bottom of a lion's page are permanent. Voila! Now your lion will be protected against accidental deletion! The same happens if you haven't reclaimed your lions during the period of 7 real life days after they have run away due to low mood or hunger; those lions are erased from the server once the time runs out, so make sure to pay the fee to reclaim on time! Likewise, purchases of mispriced items at the Trading Centre or in your Branch sales cannot be fixed with Staff intervention. You can still message the buyer, explain your mistake and hope for the best, but they are not required to return your mispriced item(s), so please be careful when you’re setting up your deals! What to do if you see a player breaking the rulesIf you witness a player breaking the rules, or at least you think they are doing so, do not say anything about it and report it to the Modbox to let Staff handle it. Informing the rulebreaker that you are going to report them in any way is a rule breaking on its own, and chances are they can edit their wrongdoings and proof of their misconduct will be lost if this happens anywhere other than the Chat Room, which would mean Staff cannot do anything to reprimand them, but can take action against you instead. Most common rule breaks involve users advertising giveaways, raffles, sales or trades in places other than the Sales Chat Room Channel and Stockpile forums for game assets or Art Sales Chat Room Channel and Tree Carvings forums for art-related assets, begging others players to give away their assets, trying to conduct price checks anywhere else than the Price Check subforum, misleading advertising, spamming or talking about subjects that aren’t allowed. Please read the Code of Conduct to know more about the rules, this will only help you in the long run! What to do if you are being harassed on siteFirst of all, do not panic and delete the thread or message, as those are needed to prove you are being harassed. If you can, take screenshots of them so they aren’t lost if the other player edits or deletes them if this happens anywhere else than the Chat Room, then submit a report to the Modbox to explain the situation and do as the Staff member that claims it say. If this happens in the Chat Room you only need to copy and paste the message for Staff to find in the backlogs, so there is no need to take a screenshot of it and then upload it to a hosting site. These issues tend to take a lot of time to be resolved because Staff need to conduct a careful investigation – images can be edited, after all – but it will be sorted sooner or later, and the option to block a player is always there; blocked players cannot contact you via PMs, see your trades or branch or send stud requests, and their Forum replies will be hidden behind a “Show post from Blocked user” button that you can unhide voluntarily. ![]() Edited on 20/01/19 @ 06:34:44 by Berenos (#84593) |

Edit: I just checked the wiki article on mutations, and so long as the lion you want to apply the mutation to hasn't been posed or already has a mutation you should be able to pick them. Hay I had acendently put the wrong Email in for my secend Account and now i cant get the Code to activate it. Can i somehow Chage it or something?
