Terms:
1. I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel I am unable to draw what you want.
3. I will not ask for payment until the sketch is approved. Once sketch is approved I ask that half of the payment be sent.
4. If payment has been made after the sketch has been approved you will not receive a refund. This is because of the time and effort that has already been placed into working on the piece.
5. I reserve the right to use any images produced in my portfolio or in my art galleries as examples of my work, including the final product.
6. Upon complettion you'll recieve a full resolution image of your commission which you may post on any site. If it's reposted to any art sites I request that you link back to one of my galleries.
