The male stifled a yawn, trotting by citizens who merely glanced at him angrily as he pushed his way through. Though, he didn't seem to give much of a care, yet he steered away from the older beings and young children. He raised a single hand to cover his eyes from the blazing sun, accidently bumping into someone who happened to be on his phone. "My apologies!" he managed to speak.

"Oh I should be sorry I didnt see you!" his gentle voice spoke, helping him up. "Are you recruting to be on the team?" he asked putting his glasses on his head, tilting his wolf ears side ways in curiosity

Jax took the hand, which hauled him up and onto his feet. He scratched at his head, smiling embarrassedly. "No! No, it's mine. I wasn't looking at where I was going, don't be sorry." he replied, lowering his head softly in an apologetic way. He couldn't help but look at the wolf ears, until he realized he was staring and quickly looked away to avoid being questioned for for being rude, which he clearly was.

"Um may you please answer my question.... I must know" William said crossing his arms, his wolf tail now swaying side to side, his ears twitched once more as his blue eyes looking at Jax, he didnt seem aware that he had glanced at his ears "and i forgive you"

The male's cheeks flushed, to which at this point, he'd reached the highest level of embarrassment. Jax quickly nodded in a swift motion, addressing the other with a yes. "Yeah, I am." he replied, clutching his book bag which had happened to have slid off his shoulder when he fell. He smiled softly, nodding quietly. "Good to know." he replied at last, only to be silenced by himself, when he realized he'd been clutching the bag strap so hard that his knuckles had turned a rather pale, white color. Releasing the bag, he slung it over his shoulder, raising his head just high enough to get a good glance at the other's face, though he did this politely instead of staring awkwardly.

He nodded and smiled, extending his hand to shake it. "Im William, Will for short! Welcome, Ill be adressing a small meeting once others arrive, follow me to leave your stuff" he said with a warm wolf smile

The male returned the smile, reaching over to shake the warm hand. "I'm Jax! I, uh, don't have anything for short, though some of my friends call me Jay. Never really catched on." he said, nodding his head in attempt for a joke, but it wasn't as amusing or humorous as he thought of it in his head. Mumbling, and insulting himself in his head, he shook it, raising a fist to rub his eyes before following the other male.

William laughed at his joke, smiling again, putting some small fingerless gloves onto his hands as he proceeded to lead him to their camp, waving at a few citizens they were protecting, and led him to a tent "What roll do you wish to apply too?" he asked as he turned to face him

The male smiled softly, happy at least one person had laughed at the joke he'd been trying for several months. He glanced at the fingerless gloves, only opening his mouth once to comment on them, positively. Jax looked around, scanning his surroundings and the people who walked on them. Admiring the tent, he managed to respond. "Medic." he replied, flinching as if expecting an insult for being a male medic, which was common.

"great to have you! We need atleast a medic and we are glad to have you!" he smiled again, his tailed wagged with joy. He seemed embarressed and stopped wagging his tail, his cheeks tinted with embarrasment, he shook his head looking back up at him. "Nicole will be with you in a moment" he said with a smile

"Thanks, Will!" he replied, joy filling his body when he acknowledged the fact that the citizens here didn't care of the gender of the medic, which he was fortunately grateful for. He nodded softly, awaiting a person he assumed was female by the name of Nicole. Considering Will was so kind, she must be too. Jax dropped his stuff by the tent, looking at it before he opened his bag and pulled out a book he was reading on the ride over before he met William. The male opened it to the page he had left off on, and proceeded to seat himself by the tent, scanning the words and flipping the pages.

Occasionally, he would look and glance to see if the person the other had mentioned, Nicole, had come. Though, he just watched others pass by, and he smiled at every single one of them, kindly, as he went back to reading his book which he was intimately was going to happen next. Jax continued scanning the words, flipping more pages until he got rather exhausted and shut the book with a slow, soft slam. He slid it back into his backpack and waited patiently.

The cyan haired female stepped into his tent, her arms behind her back nervously "Um hi there Jax...Im Nicole" she said, her wolf ears folding downward in nervousness, she had a white short sleeved shirt, long black fingerless gloves, jeans and some tennis shoes, she had some goggles on her head. She looked at him with her green and yellow eyes then looked at her feet

The male looked up from where he was seated calmly. The male tilted his head, confused by the other's clear nervousness, but he remained rather quiet, returning the fair greeting. "Hi, Nicole!" he managed to speak, gathering his belongings in a quick, swift movement and proceeding to unfold his body neatly so he could stand up. He hauled the bag over his shoulder, and stuffed his hands into the pockets of his hoodie, glancing at the female as if waiting for instructions.
