What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Scrying Stone What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. While scrying the possible offspring of two lions, cubs keep getting Dudley skin randomly. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? My main male, Mwasaa Any screenshots you can provide us with?      Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: While scrying the possible offspring of the lions linked above, I noticed that cubs kept getting Dudley skin seemingly at random while none of the parents has it, or Clouded - I vaguely recall Clouded skin failing to Dudley? - and the cubs in question weren't getting one of the bases assigned to it - namely, Bast, Hematite, Kimanjano or Udara. This is concerning to me, as I fear this has something to do with the changes Kimanjano has suffered since its passing rates were tweaked this year.  0 players like this post! Like? Update: Just had a random Dudley skinned cub born. His father has Peach skin while his mother has Marbled and its base isn't asociated with it, so in theory this shouldn't be possible. 0 players like this post! Like?Edited on 22/12/19 @ 04:59:53 by Jingle Bere (#84593) |

I think it might be some kind of bug with a base at this point. My boy has dusky, mom of the kid I got has brown skin. Kid got Leonid base and the attached skin - Butterfly. So, I assume that all the random Dudley kids were supposed to have Kimanjano or Udara, or other bases from the attached ones. It really might need to be looked into as it would make Kimanjano impossible to pass without Crunchy Worm at the moment if it is this broken to not actually give the base that is "attached" to the skin if parents do not have the skin but have the base. 0 players like this post! Uh. As far as I can recall, skins are supposed to go along with their bases, unless a Rock Salt has been used, but then again, the resulting skin should be the same as the parent you've used the item on, not some other random skin  The only exception being Clouded, I think? It rings a bell that it can fail into Dudley sometimes, but none of the lions I've shared here had it :'D 0 players like this post! Like? |

Today another cub that got Dudley skin at random has been born. Like always, the dad has peach skin, and this mother has white skin, and Jacinthe is attached to Fallow, so... something weird is going on. Here's the cub. 0 players like this post! Like? |

There's 100% something wrong, quoting from wiki "There is a 10% chance it will inherit the father's skin, a 10% chance to inherit the mother's, and an 80% chance to inherit the skin assigned to its base" so the random dudleys are impossible. Everything points to kiman and probably mandarin not rolling correctly onto cubs :/ 0 players like this post! Like? |
