May I ask for a task then explore the ocean bed? Unless I'm understanding this wrong. xD 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 29/03/20 @ 05:04:46 by Local disturbance (#103536) |

Iba You spot a white light in the distance and you kinda' wonder your chances of surviving against the sorts of danger these waters have to offer... What do you think that light is? Plague In a submarine, it's a little harder to survey your sides, but the welcoming hordes of fish are a pretty sight. Karthen did say that Sprites are only earned, but maybe you can try your luck? Anyways, maybe you could try using bait! (you can send a small carcass, i.e gerbil carcasses, or the sort to bait some water sneks, but you can also try searching for something else!) Local Disturbance "Since you'll be leaving for the ocean bed, I have a task especially fitted for you!" the Serpent says in glee, "find the most, vile, disgusting, and horrid creature you can see and return it to me." You go ahead and leave his 'lair' - just a lousy cave, but you're not going to say that to his face. Now, what would a "vile, disgusting, and horrid creature" be? (you can name an animal or just post a picture if that's easier!) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hmm.. could it be a glowing bit off something like an angler fish? They DO use those to lure in prey after all! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Iba You approach the light slowly, with the assumption that you'll find an angler fish attached to it. The silhouette of the creature comes into few, and it does seem to be- some sort of bulbous-shaped fish like an angler fish... You turn away to explore further, but it spits out a pearl and swims away, leaving you a shiny, little trinket. Black Pearl; show it to the Serpent or to Karthen? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Karthen was raised on the sea floor so perhaps they'd know what it is! I'd ask what it is for sure. 0 players like this post! Like? |

After thinking it through, I was tempted to go with centipede- for their venom and imagining a giant one wrapping around your arm with all those stabbing legs, but in their own way, I find them inherently beautiful- So instead I'll go with my first thought, a Koala. I could list a million reasons why- but I'll let the serpent decide their thoughts. xD Also only just realized I was supposed to say water snek whoops 0 players like this post! Like? Iba You show her the little orb and she almost sounds like she's...cooing at it? "It's an egg! My, it must be out of its element, I'll get it somewhere more fitting first, yes?" As agreed upon, the egg was returned a bit later after just a little examination. One of the Serpent's minions left this, addressing it to you. Perhaps as a reward for your good deed. Summoning Stone; keep it with you! it shouldn't be long before you'll spot an eel in the waters. (i shouldn't take longer than a minute to finish your water snek ^^) 0 players like this post! Like? Iba As Karthen predicted, you spot an eel while wandering the pearl-white beaches. Its coloration helped you find it coiling up in a pile of seashells. Local disturbance The Serpent is confused at first, and you're quick to start thinking of escape, but you can see his excitement as you describe the many horrors koalas hide under their cutesy disguise. As thanks, and consolation for whatever terrible plan you helped the Serpent come up with, you are given a summoning stone! Summoning Stone; it shouldn't be long before you'll spot an eel in the waters. (imma put your eel up on the next post!) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Local disturbance Darn, the floors are wet. You suspect the fully-drenched eel slithering away in the hallways. Weird. 0 players like this post! Like? |

My hoard is a bit thin at the moment, but I use a Dama Gazelle Carcass as bait. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ahh yes I love these guys! c,: I'm usually not a big fan of water critters- but I love eels and just adore that base. If we upload our water sneks elsewhere, like TH, what would you like us to credit? 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 29/03/20 @ 06:43:23 by Local disturbance (#103536) |
