So I have a pet rat who was inbred on accident and she ended up with a very kinked tail.

Seems the cause in most cases is inbreeding, which actually sounds like something that would be a good idea to implement? Right now in game, there's no repercussions to inbreeding. I've seen many people ask for consequences to inbreeding, but many others oppose it as they don't want to play the "hard mode" of keeping bloodlines clean, and they don't want to lose lions to terminal illnesses or birth defects. This mutation seems like the perfect thing to both make inbreeding effects more realistic in game, while also not forcing people to breed clean.

Oh and for when they are cubs if it is a badly twisted tail they could be like playing around and they get stuck more frequently so they could potentially be a lethal?

Example:
While exploring, cub got his tail stuck in between some branches, and unfortunately the hyenas found him before you did!

While you were away, cub went to practice her stalking on a stray wildebeest calf. The mother was closeby and sadly, her mutated tail hindered her escape. (Dunno what to end that with)

But I wouldn't agree for it to be a lethal. It can be a normal Mutation like folded ears and bobbed tail

Yeah, not sure if its a thing but to have it be POTENTIALLY lethal. Like a 5% chance of it dying because of the mutation. I think there should be repercussions to inbreeding though. And I feel like to lessen inbreeding we'd need to make it ugly to some people.

I'd love to see this, I think it'd be super cute! I don't agree with it being lethal or a result of inbreeding though; and I think it should be less of a kinked tail and more of a curled tail (similar to what the suggestion says is a trait in pugs and many other dog breeds). I don't think there should be repercussions for inbreeding, Lioden has never punished inbreeding and that shouldn't change.
There's actually a heritable genetic mutation in domestic cats (of course it wouldn't be heritable in lioden) that I think matches this suggestion very well; look up "American Ringtail" for the breed of cats that has been bred to have this trait. The tail is still flexible and doesn't hinder the cat's movement- it's just that the resting position is curled over the back instead of being straight. The amount of curl varies from cat to cat, so it could be more or less corkscrew like a pug depending on what the artists and players prefer. If bobtails and missing tails (and polycaudal for that matter) aren't lethal, then I don't think a curled tail should be.
