This city is full of superheroes and villains. There is a lot of rescuing the citizens happening all the time by the heroes from the multiple villains.
MidKnight is the leader of the superheroes. She is very powerful and a great leader. The citizens respect her and all super heroes. The police do as well. However the government if the city typically don't like her because she doesn't follow the law. She had her own moral code which she upholds instead.
You can play as hero , villain or citizen. Beware citizen most will often have to be rescued from villains.
If you are part of the government, you wouldn't be kidnapped at least not so often. You can be a villain and part of the government.

This may go on discord depends who the first people join can or not.
Heroes and Villains can do what they want without the leader permission within reason. If they do something the lead doesn't like they can be punished for it.
