I feel that the balance of gaining meteorite shards in the normal explore is way too low. The most I myself have been getting is 17 Meteorite Shards every 100 energy and it's quite upsetting as it makes it hard to collect Axion Cores and to actually get to explore.
And as the base applicators may not cost Metiorite Shards anymore and start costing Axion Cores then it will be important for users to be able to explore more in the event explore. And if they keep costing Metiorite Shards it will be extremely hard if not impossible to save up enough for a base applicator.

Agreed. After spending my remaining shards in Celestial Explore I can hardly find any more, preventing me from enjoying new featue and getting new event currency.

I wish they brought back explore ecounters to give you Meteorite Shards again.

Today on this account I have used 2 and a half energy bars without getting ANY meteorite shards from explore. Not a single one. Unlike last year, I didn't start this month with enough leftover currency, so I haven't been able to use celestial explore at all yet.

My other account has been slightly luckier but even then the drop rate still seems really low. And I'm glad we have the storyline quests back as another way to earn MS, but I had forgotten that Menhit gives much less MS than Apedemak so a single quest from her only provides enough for 2 to 10 steps (whereas he provides enough for 10 to 20) which is really frustrating.

Top Edit cuz I just noticed: I just went to do a little exploring and now each step in the celestial place is only 2 shards. I don't know if anything changed in regular explore but 2 is better than 5 lol

I'm glad someone made this topic, The MS from explore definitely feels too low. At least in context of how the event works atm.
I only had 80? MS left from last year and it's only thanks to roasted lambs and being able to explore every hour for most of the day right now that I'm up to 400 or so MS for both accounts combined which would be fine I guess if not for the fact a single step in the celestial place is 5 MS and in order to get Axion Cores I need to WIN (I think? correct me if wrong plz) the fights from those 5 MS AND fighting still costs energy which is needed to get MS in the first place.

It seems like it'll bee a lot harder for people who are unable to pop on a lot to do much if they have to take time to win fights AND get MS especially if base apps are 100 Axion Cores alone. Some adjustments would make it a lot more balanced and tbh FUN given how frustrating it seems the bosses are at times still on top of having to get MS.

Edit to add that if you have to skip a quest that will cost you 20 MS alone and you can get the same quest immediately after which is also frustrating. I spent 40 MS earlier because I can't pvp other lions for Apedemak's quest as I am saving my EXP atm so I can't lvl him up so I CAN pvp.

They said they increased the MS rate in explore, but I actually found a huge drop if anything. Before the change I'd encounter several MS drops, but this time, I got about 15 on a full bar the last full explore I did.

Thats 3 steps in Celestial explore.

Still not ideal.

Especially when I work so I usually get about 1-2 energy bars a day if I'm lucky. Which means, if I'm lucky, 10-15 steps in the event per day (Which is heavily RNG based on Celestial Explore MS drops and battle encounters).

Of course, if I have a day off, I can spend my days off grinding for a Lioden event, or doing things around the house or having time with family. Events are supposed to be fun, not frustrating or grindy...arent they?

I didnt play the May event, because its a steaming pile of and I didnt play the June event much, only did the storyline for the apps because the rest is just boring I wasnt looking forward to July because the battling is so badly balanced and its so grindy. I was very disappointed in the poll question for changes to the battling, the question was not an either this or that, its BOTH. The poll was super close in numbers, only by 71 votes, so it shows BOTH are serious issues, not just one.

1097 Remove the "Large" trait which adds damage and resistance to grabbing
1026 Remove "Stun" traits altogether from Celestial Explore enemies


I guess, I wont be logging in much for this month now either.

When grinding events, it feels as though Lioden is almost requiring people to have full face time on the computer to accomplish even the smallest tasks.

I agree 2MS was too low. 3 would probably be ideal. Reduce the MS in Celestial explore and drastically increase the MS in regular explore. It would likely balance out better.

Edit: Just did a 1 and 1/2 bar of energy. 16 MS.

Edit: 60% energy...2MS.
